Located in central Healdsburg, this house is a dream. Just a very short walk to world class restaurants, wine tasting rooms, art galleries and the farmer's market. Only a 15 minute drive to over a hundred vineyards and wineries and 50 minutes to the picturesque Sonoma Coast. Santa Rosa Airport is less than 15 minutes away. With 2 bedrooms, including 1 king bed and 1 queen bed, our property offers the perfect space for guests to unwind and relax. Large and comfortable sectional in living room for reading and entertainment. Dining room has large table with seating for 6-8 persons.
Both bathrooms have a shower and tub. Other features include a large 2 car garage, community swimming pool and bocce court, A/C, heating, fireplace, new range and washer/dryer and a small wine fridge. This can be your Wine Country escape!
Small dogs (less than 20 pounds) can be considered on a case by case basis.

Beautiful home walking distance to Healdsburg. There is a beautiful pool that i used and i was typically the only person there. The house has absolutely everything you will need and Carlos and Ramona are available for anything additional. I highly recommend this property

It's large enough to feel comfortable yet it's size makes it affordable too. The amenities of the pool, bbq and bocce ball court cannot be beat for this price.
