Centrally located in one of Miami's most desirable neighborhoods. Morningside is a gated public neighborhood featuring a large park with tennis courts, kayak rentals, etc. and water access. The park, Publix Super Market, and a new gym with monthly plans are each a 5min walk from the guesthouse. Design District is 20min away by foot or 3min away by car. Wynwood, Midtown, Miami Beach and Brickell are 10min driving distance or less.
