Natoya, Thank you for your review and valuable feedback. We have listened to your concerns and are making immediate adjustments which are now completed. These changes include the completion of the staff quarter kitchen which now allows us to include all potential guests who will accept our staff pleasantries and also to help with any requested soft separation for added privacy.
Note very well that we are a villa and not a house and as such our staff will always be available for your every reasonable and practical needs. Cleaning of house is continuous, pool maintenance and property care is daily and as such our staff will be there for your stay. We hoped you would have firmly stated your concerns and accepted our proposal to stand down the staff instead of accepting same then publicly highlighting your disappointment. We welcome you back in the future and I assure you that you and your family will have world class hospitality. Our aim is luxury and as such our house rules and staff will always be a critical part of our offerings and as such these rules must be observed.
