Only an 8-minute walk to the Big House, this nearly new spacious 3 bedroom plus basement suite sleeps 8 (one King, two Queens, a sofa bed and two twin mattresses if needed). With a living room, family room with big screen TV, a fully stocked kitchen, a separate dining room, and 3.5 bathrooms, there's plenty of room for everyone. Special features include a large deck with fire table, a gas grill, and a basement suite with a gym, sauna, ping pong table, a second large screen TV, sofa bed, and a full bathroom. And there's free parking for up to 4 vehicles. This is our home so you will find many extras! A great place to have an a-MAIZE-ing weekend. Go Blue! Fans of other teams also welcome :-).

This is the nicest VRBO we have stayed in. There is a lot of room, nicely furnished, comfortable beds and a great kitchen for cooking.It is a very short walk to the big house. The host was easy to communicate with and super responsive.

We took a family trip to see a game at the Big House and we had a great stay. Steve (the owner) was great to work with and made sure everything was ready for our large group. The walk to and from the game was as easy as advertised. I highly recommend this property and we will absolutely book it again for similar trips.

Great football weekend

We came to Ann Arbor with whole family to go to a Michigan game and visit our son who is a student. The house is walking distance to the stadium, in a beautiful neighborhood, and has excellent amenities. Would love to stay here again.

This house is amazing! We stayed for a football wkend and everyone raved about how beautiful and comfortable it was. We have a group of alumni who meet up once a year and we have rented many houses and everyone agreed this was the best one so far. Rooms and beds were all very comfortable, 3 full baths plus an extra 1/2 bath and a parking for 4 cars in a very cure neighborhood. Host was amazing, went above and beyond to help us and very fast to respond. We did not have any issues at all during our stay. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Beautiful Home - Convenient to the Big House

Property was clean and matched the description. Plenty of room for my family to be able to relax in between events at the university for Graduation. Prepared a few meals at the home and had everything necessary to do that. Short walk to get to the Big House so you didn't need to use your car. Neighborhood is nice as well. Didn't have any needs to contact the host after check in, but the check-in / check-out process was good. Very nice home for any event you would have in the area.

This is a lovely home and not a student property. It is beautiful and roomy, with a perfect layout for a alumni group or mixed group coming in for a Michigan experience. Everything was clean, well appointed with thoughtful extras throughout the home. I highly recommend this house for a group that intends to treat it like their own home. i would not recommend this home if you intend to trash it or not clean up after yourself. This home is too nice not to be well taken care of and treated with respect. Great location, and an easy walk to the stadium or campus. We look forward to staying here again.

Perfect Stay in Ann Arbor

This is a pristine, new home with all the amenities you could ever need! The kitchen has everything you can imagine, the bathrooms are spotless, the living room is comfortable with a great tv and piano and fireplace, the bedrooms are very comfortable (a huge luxurious master, two nice sized queen bedded rooms and a large basement suite with a mini kitchen, queen bedroom, gym, bathroom, sofa and tv). Plenty of nice towels and bedding provided. There is a nice back balcony with a sofa and fire element, a long driveway for easy parking, darling neighborhood and a short stroll to the Big House. Steve is a wonderful host: easy to communicate with, very fair, and generous with snacks and goodies provided! We met some neighbors and they all sang his praises :) Will definitely stay here again!!!
