Beautiful house

We had a wonderful stay, it’s a beautiful house. The host is wonderful she responded fast whenever we needed her, Beautiful sunsets and View. I would definitely recommend this house.

Our stay can best be summarized in my daughter’s one word descriptor : “EPIC!” We called this property HOME for over 20 days and it was truly an iconic, one of a kind Place… the panaromic views of the green lush serene valley was amazing throughout the day esp at sunrise and sunset. The property decor is very chic Hollywood Hills style yet also fully equipped for the comforts of family life including some of the most comfortable beds we have ever had in any rental properties. The owner Debbie went above and beyond being extremely accomodating to all our requests, fully stocking the kitchen and bar with high quality products for us to use, and even giving us free parking pass to Universal Studios. She made us feel as if we were a guest at a close friend’s house, not a rental. We had many incredible memories and small dinner parties here. We would recommend this place over and over again to any and everyone looking for a place in the area!

Great little house with an amazing view!

Fun little house to stay in with a great view of the valley! Our family stayed here while in town to visit Universal and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again! Debbie is fantastic to work with and communicated everything very very well. House had everything we needed while there and then some! If you're visiting the area, I'd highly recommend staying here!
