About this property

Pine Mountain Lodge, your Yellowstone basecamp and mountain retreat

PINE MOUNTAIN LODGE is your home base to spectacular Yellowstone adventures!

This quintessential cabin is just 8 miles from the West Yellowstone entrance to the park. It is perfect for groups seeking peaceful rest and relaxation.

In the summer, indulge in hiking, off-road adventures, shopping, and attractions like the Grizzly Discovery Center and Imax Theatre. Yellowstone National Park beckons with fishing, birdwatching, wildlife encounters, and wonders such as Grand Prismatic and Old Faithful. With the nearby boat launches, you can bask in the grandeur of Hebgen Lake to get out for lake fishing, tubing, jet skiing, or just chilling out on a beach or on your boat. Summertime also includes many West Yellowstone events such as the National Park marathon and half-marathon runs through picturesque trails.

As winter blankets the region, embrace the wonder of West Yellowstone's winter activities. Big Sky Ski Resort awaits less than an hour away for world-class skiing. Within Yellowstone, delight in snowcoach tours, guided snowmobile trips, cross-country ski trails, and snowshoeing. Outside the park, explore over 35 km of groomed cross-country ski trails and 400 miles of groomed snowmobile trails in the Gallatin National Forest. Conveniently, trail access is right outside our door, eliminating the need to trailer your sleds. Snowmobile rentals in West Yellowstone offer seamless exploration, allowing you to ride the trails back to Pine Mountain Lodge.

The Space:
Pine Mountain Lodge is your dream retreat for large groups. This idyllic cabin boasts 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, ensuring ample space and privacy for everyone. The lower level features a well-appointed kitchen, dining room, sitting area/living room, 2 bedrooms (2 Queens and 3 Twins), and a convenient laundry room. Upstairs, discover 3 more bedrooms (2 Kings and 2 Queens) and 3 ensuite bathrooms, along with a generous living room equipped with a TV.

Our cabin comes fully stocked with essentials, from crisp linens to soaps, paper goods, and detergents, making your stay seamless and stress-free. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to whip up family feasts. Whether you're simmering a hearty chili or grilling succulent steaks on the BBQ, this kitchen has you covered.

Relax in the 7-person hot tub on chilly evenings or unwind on the wrap-around deck. Stay seamlessly connected with our high-speed internet connection, ensuring you're always in touch with the world.

Guest Access:
Guests are provided with a personalized door lock access code.

The Neighborhood:
Lazy Acres is a quiet neighborhood comprised of short term rentals and year-round residents. The posted speed limit is 15 mph and the noise ordinance is in effect after 10 PM.

Getting Around:
A car is required in order to get around West Yellowstone and surrounding areas. In the winter, a vehicle with AWD is HIGHLY recommended!

Other Things to Note:
In the winter, access to snowmobile trails is accessible at the end of the road via a trailhead. It is critical that all motorized vehicles remain on driveways or roads as the entire neighborhood runs on septic systems that are in the "yards" of the cabins.

In the summer, this is a horseback riding trail. ATV trails can be accessed via a trailhead off the main highway.
