About this property
Living on the Edge! Charming 3-bedroom house with HOT TUB and King bed!
Welcome to this lovely house in Delbarton. With 3 bedrooms, with a hot-tub, including 1 king bed and 2 queen bed bedrooms and a twin loft, this tranquil retreat is perfect for guests seeking a fabulous getaway. The house features all the comforts you need, from AC (central for the all except the upstairs queen bedroom and twin loft on a window unit). Butcher-block counters with a farmhouse sink, laundry room washing machine / dryer, to WiFi and heating. You'll also find 2 bathrooms with showers one a tub shower combo for the kids, and an additional space with a cozy office loft and a twin bed. We put the hot tub on a deck overlooking the mountain views and added soft lighting to aid in privacy and mood. We have a fire pit with seating. Whether you're exploring the trails or simply relaxing indoors, it's easy to see why you'll be able to unwind at our place. We are 1/2 mile from Sherry Bo’s Diner and less than a mile from trailhead. The upstairs has a bedroom with queen bed and a loft with a twin. There is a window unit AC provided. The stairs have a steep incline. Caution should be taken with small children and those who struggle with stairs. The hot tub is up stairs that are also steep, caution should be taken with small children and those who struggle with stairs. . Children under 16 should not be in and around the hot tub unattended. I am not listing as handicap accessible, but I am noting the bathroom in the master, the shower has small seating and easy access, and the homes back door is ground entry no stairs, for those with these needs. Security motion sensor cameras are on each side of the home outward facing the drive ways. These are the only cameras on the property.

The property is in close proximity to getting onto the buffalo mountain trails, or the devil anse trial system. The kids absolutely loved the hot tub, and we enjoyed having a place for everyone to have a bed separated from each other. I would highly recommend communicating with the host before arriving in the area because there is absolutely no cell signal once you are even remotely close to the property. Do not wait until you go to enter the property to try and find the access code. We can tell you this from personal experience there is no cell service anywhere. The host has extremely fast and reliable Internet, which was a lifesaver for the kids and us watching movies, etc. It also was handy to be able to use Wi-Fi calling so we really didn’t feel the pain of not having cell service.Overall, a good experience.
