Welcome to Marten River, Ontario. In addition to many back lakes, Olive Lake is our home lake and we like to think its th best northern ontairo fishing lake. Just located off highway 11 Olive Lake is full of Smallmouth Bass, Walleye, Northern Pike. It size is nine square miles and its deepest point is sixty feet. We also have 3 separate islands to explore. There are only 3 cottages on the entire lake, so it truly feels like your own private paradise, where at your disposal is â??all of the lakeâ?. As a result of the many small sheltered lakes in our area, inclement weather is very rarely a concern.
