The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
1. Have towels placed in the bathrooms on the tile floor.
2. Remove bedding and leave on top of each bed.
3. Place used dishes, utensils, and silverware into the dishwasher and turn on.
4. Have all lights turned off and the shutters closed. Please turn the AC up to 76.
5. Please bring all trash down to the dumpster located on the first floor, on the south side of the building.
6. Remove all items in the refrigerator and
freezer.
7. Please lock all windows and doors.
As a reminder, sign out of all streaming platforms. Thank you again and safe travels back home!

Why they chose this property
We choose this neighborhood because the complex had all the amenities we were looking for! The pool, beach, community pavilion it truly is a great spot. We are walking distance to restaurants and a community park which is a drive on section of the beach.
What makes this property unique
Private beach and on the no drive section. Two pools, oceanfront and walking distance to shops and restaurants.
