Never sent me a way to enter property.

This property allowed me to book and pay for it on the website for the dates that I needed. So that told me that it was available. I received the initial email saying here are your keys to get in. But there is no information on how to actually access the property. I repeatedly emailed through the VRBO app. Asking the owner, how I am to access the property when I arrive. I never heard back from them when I showed up at the property. I tried messaging them again and still nothing. Once I was there, I realize that the neighborhood did not feel safe to me, so I end up finding a hotel instead. A day after I was supposed to have arrived, the property manager finally messaged me saying that the property was should not have been available. I traveled almost 6 hours with 13 year-old son to arrive and having nowhere to stay , it was a very uncomfortable situation to have put us in.
