The kitchen has just been beautifully remodeled, providing all the necessities to keep everyone fed and happy during your vacation. The property has a dining room, as well as a breakfast area, perfect for spreading out the family during meal time. The main living room boasts a flat screen TV with premium channels, fireplace, and to-die-for views of the ski area, making family time all the more magical. The lower den, equipped with a fireplace and TV, provides a great place for the kids to hang out.

After a day on the mountain, relax in the brand new 8-person private hot tub. Make memories you'll cherish forever in this lovely home. There is space for 2 vehicles in the garage plus another 3 vehicles in the driveway. This home is equipped with a pack n play, high chair and lots of toys for your little ones too!

The free shuttle bus comes every 30 minutes to take you to town!

Amazing Views

Positives: Spectacular view of the mountains Very big and spacious to accommodate a large group Kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. Negatives: Wasn't ready at check in time - still cleaning No linens for extra beds - had to request No towels in basement bathroom Bottom bunk bed was very squeaky so difficult to sleep Trundle bed and sofa sleeper were very uncomfortable for any adult to sleep on. HOT TUB DIDN'T WARM UP AND WAS 98-99 DEGREES! This was my biggest disappointment. No response from hot tub company that was listed in the host's instructions. Fireplace - Host left confusing instructions on lighting the pilot light; it said to use the red button.... but we could not find a "RED" button. I think the pilot should have been lit and the fireplace be ready for use on our arrival. The views really were amazing though and we still enjoyed our stay.

This was a beautiful home with beautiful views. Garage parking was nice. Great deck area. This property has 3 levels... off the garage is one bedroom and shower. 2nd level/Kitchen level has a 1/2 bath and one bedroom. The basement has one shower and the rest of the bedrooms. Water was very cloudy coming out until it settled. Not sure if that is normal but we brought our own water bottles. There are some things that we were not happy about. We communicated with the owner after the stay who refunded part of the cleaning fee so that was nice. Hopefully nobody else has these issues in the future. We were here for my daughters wedding at Lodge at Breckenridge just down the road. My spouse, my siblings and their adult kids (12 in total) all stayed. These are the notes they asked me to convey. For the amount in cleaning fees we were charged, this place was clearly not cleaned. *Broken toilet seat lower level *Toilet upper level was loose at the base *Floor on upper level in the bedroom is very creaky, loose, loud *ladybugs on the floor downstairs (lowest level) *mildew in the hot tub. Every person who went in there was plugged up. When they walked by those of us that wouldn't even touch the hot tub, they smelled so bad it almost made us sick. Yes.. self clean was done a few times. *used contact lenses (dried) next to bunk beds *chip crumbs in the basement carpet *Sheets on the trundle bed were dirty, unwashed *vacuum in upstairs bedroom doesn't suck up anything so if that is what is used to clean, a new one is needed *ceiling fan in upstairs bedroom very dusty. Hasn't been cleaned in at least 6 months. On a separate note, we came from Wisconsin and the elevation sickness was horrible. We drank tons of water and electrolytes and we were all affected by it. We stayed in Denver the night before as well.

Terrible Management Experience!

The view from the property was "Amazing". The management group consists of 2 people and was the absolute WORST. Before we even took off from Tampa, i explained to them that we would be arriving late the night April 7coming from DEN of and would more than likely arrive April 8th at 12:00 AM. They said NO PROBLEM, there is nobody in the house on the 7th and we send the entry information early so NO PROBLEM. We arrived at 11:45 PM on April 7th got into the house fine. That was great until i woke up in the morning and saw a text that my credit card had been charged $318.00! ( They gave me a discount) The policy in the property manual was $100.00 for early check in. They never mentioned any fee on the phone, the person in charge basically called me a liar and rather than work with me sent me emails for 4 hours, i had to ask if she was done yet? We wanted to go skiing and have family fun, not deal with her. I have been an customer of VRBO for several years with no issues, or if they did occur, came to an agreement. Clearly a couple dollars is greatly in need at Breckenridge, i know COVID-19 has affected several businesses, but come on. It was simply how they handled the situation ( basically called me a liar) that allowed it to escalate and become one of the worst experiences with VRBO that i have ever had. I will never step foot in another property that they manage.

Family ski trip

Everything was great. House is gorgeous and lots of room for a large family. Only compliant is house could have been cleaner. House was dusty and dishes were stored in cabinet without being washed properly. Location is close to town and perfect for our family. We would definitely stay again.

Breckenridge Ski Weekend

Overall our stay at this property was amazing! The views of the mountains were breathtaking and there was ample room for everyone to sleep. The house was super clean and they take extra precautions due to COVID. The property manager was very communicative and allowed us to enter the property a little earlier than check-in time. The hot tub was an added bonus after a long day of skiing! The only suggestions I have are to include additional bedding materials and toilet paper (lol) as those were a bit lacking. Other than that, this property is a 5/5 and would love to stay again!

Wonderful family experience!

This property was everthing that we had expected and more. The layout and decore was great. We have a big family, but we had plenty of room to not feel cramped and crowded. The view was unbelievable and magnificent. The rock fireplace was warm and comforting. The drive into town was easy and convenient.

FAMILY THANKSGIVING IN BRECKENRIDGE

FABULOUS!! THE HOUSE AND VIEW WERE MORE STUNNING THAN WE COULD HAVE EVER IMAGINED. WE WENT STRAIGHT TO HOUSE DUE TO HAVING A LATE FLIGHT GOT INTO HOUSE WITH NO PROBLEMS!! PLENTY OF ROOM WERE EVERYONE COULD SPREAD OUT. WOULD STAY HERE AGAIN!! THANK YOU TO BRECKENRIDGE RESORT MANAGERS FOR ALL THE HELPFUL INFO OF THINGS TO DO!!!
