Downstairs, the finished basement adds an extra touch of relaxation with a cozy lounge area and a mini bar with fridge — a perfect spot to unwind after a day of work or travel. The apartment’s three bedrooms are fully furnished with fresh, inviting décor, while two updated bathrooms provide modern fixtures and plenty of space for your routine.
For added convenience, there is a washer/dryer room on-site. This is the only shared space, but rest assured that your apartment and entryway are completely private, as I live separately in Unit 2 upstairs. The separate entrances make it easy to come and go as you please, ensuring your stay is both independent and comfortable.
Street parking is available and easy to access, so you’ll never have to worry about finding a spot.

While the proximity to the airport makes travel especially convenient, it can also bring some airplane noise, though most residents say it’s minimal once indoors.
