With a private front patio, private rear deck, and shared backyard, this three bedroom + separate dining room duplex is rentable for 1-3 months starting July 1st (NO shorter term leases available). Can come unfurnished or furnished (extra fee) depending on your needs.
Unit features dark stained bamboo floors, stainless steel appliances, high ceilings, two large bedrooms on the first floor, plus a smaller (12x10) bedroom and dining room (could be used as an office or fourth bedroom) on the second floor. In-unit laundry, WiFi, and dishwasher.
