Wrigleyville Condo, Sleeps 10, 1/2 block from Wrigley Field

Wrigleyville condo is located 1/2 block from Wrigley Field and Clark Street. Also close to Southport corridor and Brown Line. Easy access to Red Line which will take you downtown, Millenium Park, Grant Part, Maggie Daley, Hancock and Willis Towers. If you are interested in spending time on Lake Michigan, the lake is 3/4 mile where you can enjoy the trails by foot or by bike.

Due to COVID, we took some time off from renting our space, but are excited for others to enjoy Wrigleyville again as much as we do!!

Condo includes three bedrooms and three full bathrooms. Master bedroom is located on the main level, and includes a king size bed and a jacuzzi tub with shower.

Guest bedroom 1 includes a queen size bed and is also located on the main floor. It’s associated bathroom includes a steam shower.

Guest bedroom 2 is located in the lower level, includes a queen size bed in addition to a trundle bed. This bedroom can sleep 4 comfortably, a great room for kids! The bathroom has recently been remodeled and includes a large shower (as pictured).

Main level includes a living room/full kitchen supplied with all necessities to cook a full meal…..plates, basic utensils, coffee maker, etc.

Lower level also includes living area with a sofa sleeper and a basic kitchenette. It does not have a stove or oven, but is set up similar to a hotel room with a fridge, microwave, toaster and coffee pot.

Condo is equipped with 4 TVs and set up for live streaming. Free wifi and printer available for all your business needs.

Parking passes for neighborhood parking, one pass per day.

Cubs Fan Dream Stay

The property is half a block from Wrigley, the owners are easy to communicate with and extremely accommodating. One of the best places I've stayed, would recommend to anyone.

Wrigleyville Condo Weekend Getaway

Wonderful condo close to Wrigley Field. Plenty of space between two floors. There is street parking only. Close to the Red Line. Enjoyed our stay.

Had a wonderful stay in Chicago! So close to all the bars, restaurants, and Wrigley Field! Very spacious accommodations and was nice for each couple to have their own bathroom. Beds were very comfy! Would definitely stay again!

Fantastic Wrigleyville Townhome

Needed a place to stay with some friends so we could attend a Cubs series. Great location & accommodations! The townhome was clean and comfortable with easy access to everything needed to make a Wrigleyville visit special. Will look to stay here again the next time we decide to take in a multi-game series.

Absolutely perfect for a downtown experience!!

The condo had everything we needed and more! It am absolutely perfect location. One block from Wrigley and 2 blocks from the red line, which we used daily to get to all the main Downtown Chicago attractions. Would highly recommend, and definitely stay here again!! Quick response from host when I had a question. Having a parking pass was awesome, and we were able to park in front of condo every night.House was completely stocked with everything you would need like paper towels, TP, tissues, laundry detergent, liquid soap, ect.Again, I highly recommend this condo...it was absolutely perfect for us!!

Fantastic Stay

Loved this location! This sort of home is what made me fall in love with vacation rentals in the first place. The owner was very responsive, it was close to everything I wanted, it was well-loved but also clean, and very spacious. Nicely decorated and beds were comfy. Wonderful fireplace too! I would love to stay here again next time I’m in town.

We had a wonderful time in Chicago. Condo was an awesome place to stay! Location was terrific and the condo had everything we needed for our stay. Condo was amazing! Perfect Wrigley Location

Location, location, location! This 2 level condo was perfect for my friends and me during a concert weekend. It was an amazing trip thanks to a great home base. The 2 floors with a living room on each, 3 BRs and 3 Baths provided an appropriate separation for all guests. The ability to walk to both Wrigley Field and throughout Wrigleyville within a few minutes was the determining factor toward renting this condo. The host was very responsive. I will look to book again for my next Wrigley trip.

Great place

We had a wonderful weekend attending a wedding in Chicago. The condo is in a fantastic location and easily accessible. As with most rentals, things tend to get run down. Some lightbulbs need to be replaced and the place needs a comprehensive cleaning. Feet were black within 3 minutes of walking on the floors. Owner was a great communicator and the description of the condo was very accurate.

The space is sunny, comfortable and homey. With five adults needing to get ready for a wedding the three full baths were perfect for my family. For Cub fans, you could not be closer to the stadium! The hosts were readily available and very accommodating.

Hello, and thank you for viewing Wrigleyville condo! My husband and I enjoyed the Wrigleyville lifestyle prior to having our three daughters. We ended up moving back home to be closer to family, but couldn’t part with our condo. So, we are hoping others can enjoy the neighborhood, nightlife and the city of Chicago as much as we did!

Why they chose this property

This property is a baseballs throw to Wrigley field, close to public transportation and close to the lake. There is so much to do at every age, summer or winter. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, full kitchen upstairs and mini kitchen downstairs. Kid friendly, equipped with a pack and play if needed.

What makes this property unique

Location, location, location! From the Cubs games, concerts and close proximity to the el train, it is by far a convenient spot no matter what your interests are!
