Very clean and quiet! Free parking was easy enough to find, very quiet neighborhood and the apartment was clean and comfortable. It’s very small but was perfect for our foursome, we mostly just slept there.

Cute place to stay, especially for a night at the Salt Shed! Great little coffee shop and bakery about a 7 minute walk away! Only challenge is parking, but it is Chicago, and it was free! Will definitely come back!

This was a great location for a quick trip to Chicago. Free parking was a block away. No issues finding a spot to park. The neighborhood felt safe and lots of people walking around the area. We would stay here again.

We stayed here after a concert at the Salt Shed and it was perfect! It was clean and comfortable. We were able to find a free parking spot on Walton St less than a block away, and the neighborhood was very safe and quiet. Would definitely recommend!

We had an excellent first trip to Chicago and I'm sure much of that is due to our wonderful and safe accommodations. This place is spotlessly clean and well appointed–we felt right at home. Being that neither my husband or I had ever traveled to a city the size of Chicago before and are from a small town, we were a bit nervous about staying in the heart of the city but this was a safe and quiet neighborhood and we felt completely at ease once we arrived. Highly recommend!

This bright, beautiful apartment was perfect for a getaway weekend with my mom. With just 2-3 steps to enter the unit, it was especially convenient for her. We were out most of the day and mainly used it for sleeping, and the beds were super comfy. There was some typical noise from neighboring units, but it didn’t take away from our stay. We would stay here again.

Property was just what I was looking for. Clean, stocked with amenities and comfortable. I did have a problem locking & unlocking the outside doors. Too much fussing around with the key. Thanks for the great stay!

Visit to the Salt Shed

Walked to dinner salt shed and pizza after. Parked right in front, for free. Place was clean and cool.

It was a great location with easy free parking. The only downsides were the shower, with a janky glass door and oversized shower head for the space. And the polyester sheets. Other than that with the good living room, kitchen and the available washing machine it was a great stay.

Walking into the space was a breath of fresh air. It was very hot and humid outside but inside was already cool and ready for us to decompress from our travels. It was clean, smelled lovely, had more than enough pillows to make us feel welcome and pampered (I just love having my choice of pillow!). Our host communicated quickly with any concerns or questions we had, and their expectations for check in and check out were thoughtfully and clearly provided ahead of time. The neighborhood is safe, friendly and quiet, and the apartment is well-insulated for noise within the building. We very much enjoyed this cozy get away after wandering the city all day! Thank you

We have really enjoyed our stay here. The condo is beautiful, well-equipped, and has met our expectations in every way. The only issue we encountered was the amount of noise that carries from the unit above. We could hear footsteps, conversations, and even plumbing sounds quite clearly. We realize this may be due to the building’s construction and not something within your control, but we thought it would be helpful feedback for future guests. Overall, we have had a wonderful stay and appreciate all the care that has gone into making this a comfortable place to vacation
