Large 3 bdrm / dining in the heart of Logan Square mins to DOWNTOWN

Beautiful, newly renovated three bedroom with one bathroom in the heart of the Logan Square neighborhood of Chicago. Located on the Kimball bus line with laundry in the building (see description) available. There is a neighborhood mini mart one door down and a Divvy bike rental stand three blocks away. Come stay in Chicago's hottest neighborhood with some of the best dining and bars the city has to offer.
The unit is on the second floor of a two story walk up greystone. Very sunny with large windows. Newly remodeled 3 bedroom/ 1 bath. ENTIRE apartment (not sharing) in the convenient neighborhood of Logan Square is yours to use. Minutes to downtown and many sites. Plenty of FREE street parking and ON the Kimball bus line. TWO flat screen TVs with Hulu, Netflix and HBOgo and PREMIUM cable. The second tv is in the middle bedroom. Free internet. Samsung soundbar with Bluetooth. Well equipped kitchen with full size appliances and coffee maker. Queen size high quality memory foam mattresses in each bedroom. Couch also has a trundle pull out and an air mattress can be provided by request. High quality, high thread count sheets and duvets on each bed with luxurious memory foam pillows. I will have two laundry baskets for you (one for dark clothes- cold water wash, the other for white clothes- hot water wash) and I will wash any items you need. I won't fold but will return them by the next morning freshly laundered. The reason being is our laundry room is located in an unfinished portion of the building and I would rather offer the service for you than have you have to deal with the scary basement. There is also a large dining room for family gatherings. In addition to all that, we have cameras on the EXTERIOR of the building. With that being said please be honest with how many guests are staying over. The city does not allow events so there will be a $200 charge for unauthorized gatherings/parties, and an additional charge of $200 for SMOKING. Please, PLEASE do NOT throw a party in this unit. We will catch you right away.

The host was very kind and good at responding when there were unexpected issues like smoke alarm battery going out. The one issue was the cleanliness of the space. Almost every dish was dirty that we took out of the cabinets and there was a lot of stuff on the floor under couches and behind the nightstands.

This was a perfect location, close to the metro, beautiful space to relax after a long day of play. Property manager was available when we had a simple question and the house had everything we needed. Highly recommend this location.

Great easy Chicago stay

In Logan Square with easy street parking, nice sense of neighborhood, felt very safe, pretty quiet, very walkable area. The spacious 3 bedroom walk up was perfect for a girls weekend with friends. Beds were super comfortable. Host was very responsive.

Great weekend getaway!

My sister and I flew into town for a weekend getaway to visit friends and Nikkole's place was perfect! Everything we needed and much more was provided, and Nikkole quickly answered any questions we had and worked hard to ensure we had a perfect stay. The space was much larger than anticipated, had a full kitchen, and the neighborhood was much quieter than others we visited. We will definitely stay again in the future!

Great Logan Square apartment

A few coworkers and I, as well as my partner, visited Chicago for an annual wine festival. We loved the cleanliness of this apartment, it was spacious and sunny and just as advertised. Location was fantastic: in Logan Square but not in the heart of all the craziness. We would definitely stay again :)

Groomsmen Stay

I needed a place close to Stan Mansion for my groomsmen and me to stay for the weekend before and after my wedding. This place was perfect. It's older, but it has a lovely charm and had significant remodeling done to make the stay feel modern, but also down-to-earth. TVs with full cable or streaming services are made available, fully stocked kitchen, and nice clean linens and towels ready to use. The host communicates well and gave me all of the little details I needed to know before and after our stay. She also offered her phone number and made it clear she would go out of her way to make anything right, but we never did as the space provided everything we needed. We'll definitely stay here again in the future.
