Luxury Loyola 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath, Near Subway and Beach
This is a beautifully remodeled, modern, spacious, and luxuriously furnished 3 bedroom, 2 bath private city apartment. Unit includes fully equipped kitchen, dining room, heated/enclosed back porch, and large front balcony. We feature high-thread count cotton linens, beautiful furnishings, original artwork, 55 inch Samsung smart TV with streaming capability and basic Dish Network, wireless internet , in-unit wash and dryer, quartz countertops, custom cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, and much more. We are only 2 blocks from Loyola University, The Loyola stop on the train (Elevated Subway) to take you downtown, and Hartigan Beach Park, and there is plenty of dining nearby to suit every taste. We are also a short drive from Evanston and Northwestern University. Property manager/owner on site to answer questions and ensure your stay is a pleasant one.
FAMILY FRIENDLY AMENITIES: We provide a pack and play, high chair, children's cups and dinnerware, and outlet covers at no additional cost.
A 10% discount for stays of 7 nights or more is automatically applied to your reservation.
PARKING: Parking is almost always readily available on our block. It is however, "neighborhood zoned" meaning, guests will need a pass to park a vehicle on the street. We can provide parking passes at 1 per night of your stay at $3 each. If you have more than one vehicle or need additional passes beyond one per night of your stay, additional passes can be purchased at $5 each. The city charges us for them, and only allows us a limited number of passes per month.
This 2-flat building was built in 1916 and has been meticulously maintained and updated. There are beautiful gardens in the front and back. This bright apartment is located on the entire 2nd floor, with new windows on all sides. If you have mobility issues, it may be important to note that there is no elevator.
My husband and I live on the first floor and are available to help guests. We also provide window unit A/C in all the bedrooms and living room in the warmer months.
PLEASE NOTE: All requests for exceptions or variations from rules MUST be submitted in writing and documented through the message thread and not via phone or in person. Unless an exception has been granted in writing, guest agrees that no exception has been granted.
Bookings with less than 7 days notice require approval and will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Primary guests without ID, or who are under 25 will be denied access to the property, and have their reservations cancelled without refund. 2. We do our best to keep our property very clean. Please help us keep it that way by removing shoes before entry. 3. As our property has not been child-proofed, we encourage guests to take extra care if your party involves children. 4. We live in the unit below this rental property. Quiet hours are from 10:30pm - 7:00am. Our bedroom is right below the stairs, so please tread lightly after 10:30pm. 5. No parties. The City of Chicago does not allow events in vacation rentals. Our occupancy is capped by city ordinance at 10 at any given time. Guests who violate this rule will have their reservations cancelled immediately without refund as it puts our license at risk. 6. No overnight guests 7. No smoking or vaping inside the unit 8. No pets 9. No candles or open flames 10. No glitter or glitter-like substances 11. You will be assessed a $350 fee for a lost key. 12. There is a $30 fee for early check-in (up to two hours early) pending availability.

Great hosts and very clean property. Well stocked and modern kitchen. Bathrooms were nice too. Beds were comfortable and linens and towels were quality. Close to the ‘L’ train for easy transportation to events and sites, but not noisy. Within walking distance to restaurants and Loyola College which is very beautiful. The neighborhood is well maintained as well. Highly recommend.

The property was absolutely beautiful and very centrally located to make getting downtown easy but also allow you to have a neighborhood feel away from the hustle and bustle. We had a very enjoyable, relaxing stay celebrating my daughter’s graduation from Loyola. Perfect location just a few building down from Hampton Inn and easy walking to campus. Kitchen was well stocked and my student loved all the games provided! Garry kept us well informed on a minor issue that was solved promptly.
Such a delightful place, perfect balance of elegance and comfort. And well stocked spice cabinet! Great light, helpful host, quality furnishings, parking easy with prearranged permit stickers. We even did a puzzle from the games cabinet.

Communication was excellent and check-in was easy and seamless. The place was spotless, well equipped, and very comfortable—every amenity was thoughtfully considered. You could really feel the care taken to make guests feel welcome and at home. We had a great stay and would highly recommend this property.
We came to visit Chicago to see Northwestern University with our son as well as visit museums and sights around Chicago. We were so comfortable in this property, the beds were truly amazing, plenty of linens and towels, and little things such as paper towels and kitchen products were made available. Clearly, there is good attention to detail and further the place was immaculate in terms of cleanliness. We would happily stay here again. The neighbourhood was easy to access though we had a car so drove around a fair bit as well. Gary is a super lovely host and answered my questions prior to arrival, very helpful indeed.

Check in was smooth, only a 2-3 minute walk to the metro, 8 minute walk to the beach. Perfect for our group of 6! Great location, very clean and a great neighborhood. Will definitely stay again!

Everything about our stay from booking to checkout was easy. The property was comfortable and well appointed. So much to do in walking walking distance. Our favorite part of the stay was having morning coffee in the garden.

He works in Human Resources for an international group of luxury hotels, and I do professional digital imaging (photography) and motion (video). We're both big movie/film buffs and love classic and contemporary cinema and hanging out with our very sweet and gentle 7 pound Chihuahua mix. Aitor is a fluent Spanish speaker if that's of any help.

This beautiful vintage building built in 1916 has been meticulously maintained and updated for over a century. We live in the 1st floor unit, and are personally committed to an outstanding guest experience. The neighborhood is great, near the "L" (elevated subway), the beach and Loyola University, with all the shopping, restaurants and businesses that go along with supporting the students, staff and residents.
What makes this property unique
If you like a clean, contemporary interior in a gracious, well cared-for vintage building, you are going to love this unit! It was fully remodeled and rehabbed in 2016 and the furniture and accessories have been carefully selected for your comfort. This unit has a nice, large balcony with lovely views of our tree-lined street, great for relaxing on our chaise-lounges in the warmer months. This is NOT a corporate-owned, cookie cutter property. As on-site owners, we personally selected everything in the unit for beauty, harmony, and the comfort of our guests.
