About Gary Ward
Hi, Aitor and I are married professionals living and working in Chicago. He works in Human Resources for an international group of luxury hotels, and I do professional digital imaging (photography) and motion (video). We're both big movie/film buffs and love classic and contemporary cinema and hanging out with our very sweet and gentle 7 pound Chihuahua mix. Aitor is a fluent Spanish speaker if that's of any help.

We live in the 1st floor unit, and are personally committed to an outstanding guest experience. The neighborhood is great, near the "L", the beach and Loyola University, with all the shopping, restaurants and businesses that go along with supporting the students, staff and residents.
What makes this Apartment unique
If you like a clean, contemporary interior in a gracious, well cared-for vintage building, you are going to love this unit! It was fully remodeled and rehabbed in 2016 and the furniture and accessories have been carefully selected for your comfort. This unit has a nice, large balcony with lovely views of our tree-lined street, great for relaxing on our chaise-lounges in the warmer months. This is NOT a corporate-owned, cookie cutter property. As on-site owners, we personally selected everything in the unit for beauty, harmony, and the comfort of our guests.
