This was a wonderful stay! The apartment was clean, well furnished, and the communication with the manager was wonderful. My son and I really enjoyed the video games, especially golden tee. The location is fantastic, giving us access to most everything in the Lincoln Park area, as well as Wrigley Field. I can’t recommend this enough. We had a wonderful time!

Great place, nice quiet street. Street parking is free, which was great since we had a truck that wouldn’t fit in the garage. My only criticism is the comfort of the furniture. Beds are extremely soft - too much so for our taste. Others may find that to be a plus. Also, the living room furniture is attractive, but not very comfortable. But the kitchen chairs are more comfortable and can be easily mobed into the living room.

The neighborhood is wonderful, very easy to access the L and also a great area to walk around. The house is generally fine: clean and stocked with basics. There were a few minor inconveniences, though: one bed had no top sheet, we couldn’t find the sheets for the trundle bed, and the plates/cups are all plastic (and the dishwasher didn’t clean them effectively). We tried contacting the host but received no response beyond an automated message that didn’t address the questions. We were able to make do with what we could find, though, so it got the job done.

Great property, easy parking both in garage and on street (no permit required! And it isnt a thru street - very quiet!). Walking distance to Wrigley Field, which is what we were there for. Very clean, very convenient. Super communication from owner. To say it sleeps 10 is a bit of a stretch… it sleeps 6 adults comfortably in two queen beds and a futon pullout with two twin mattresses. There is not a twin bed in one of the rooms as listed. The couches in the living room lay out flat but arent very comfortable to sleep on. They did have air mattresses and a pack n play available. I would return. 10/10 recommend.

The rental was generally great. It was a quiet neighborhood, clean unit inside, very spacious, very basic supplies and linens enough for everyone. There were lots of pillows and towels but no extra blankets. The kitchen was stocked with very basic necessities. We loved the arcade games and entertainment options. We couldn’t figure out how to turn on one of the video games but the rest all worked. Also lots of things within reasonable walking distance and it’s not too far from public transportation. We stayed here so we could easily get to Wrigley. We also very much appreciated the garage is shared and it’s very tight. If you have a smaller vehicle you’ll have no trouble but with larger suvs or vans it will be difficult. We made it work but it was tricky. You can park on the street if you can find a spot. My only complaint is the furniture. The beds in the bed rooms were way too soft so if you need support, these are not for you. The daybed and trundle bed were okay. The couches and chairs in living were uncomfortable when we were relaxing in the evening with our kids. The host was helpful for the most part in communicating.
