Family friendly!!!

A beautiful house in a quaint neighborhood. Many convenient options within walking distance. Host is awesome with responding and is a great resource for things to do in the area! Home is very welcoming and the garage parking is an added bonus! Would definitely love to stay there again!

Perfect Stay

Spent the weekend with my family. The house was perfect and the pictures were accurate. The beds were comfortable and bathrooms were clean. The steps are steep. The outdoor patio was a nice place to sit and relax.

The house is beautiful. It is on a busy street but we didn't hear any street noise once inside the house. The beds are very comfortable. There are two decks in the back and a garage which is very handy. We did not have any trouble finding parking in front of the house. You do need to be able to maneuver stairs as there are stairs into the house in the front and up to the master bedroom. We would stay here again.

Perfect house for a group in chicago

The property was well-stocked with towels, sheets, kitchen & bathroom supplies. The house is in a good area and convenient. Communication with the owner was good & he responded quickly when I emailed before the trip. Beds were comfortable. Back deck is nice. I recommended!

Great place for a family in Chicago

Our family lived this home where we stayed for four nights on our trip to Chicago. Plenty of room for our family of 6. Property was located in a great area and we loved having the garage to park. Hosts were so nice and responsive. Highly recommend.

This property had a lot of space for our family. It's a great location--loved having the Jewel with Starbucks and Dunkin Donuts across the street. Owner was very accommodating--we needed a pack and play for our infant and it was set up for us.

Weekend visit

Stand up with extended family, including five adults and one toddler. The homeless clean and comfortable. Check in process was easy. And the host was incredibly responsive and communicative.

The home was as advertised. Busy street and walking distance to trains and great restaurants. Minor issue arose and was corrected immediately by responsive host. Nothing super fancy or luxury, but solid home base for Chicago family trip.

Love This Place!!

This place was perfect for a short stay for our family of four (10 yo and 15yo). The rental is in a perfect location for Wrigley Field, Water Tower Place (Michigan Ave), and the United Center. Raising Cane’s Chicken is amazing. The Breakfast Place (1 block from the rental) is a wonderful breakfast restaurant and very family/allergen friendly. Mike is an amazing host and very responsive to any need/question you may have. We had a wonderful stay!!

Great House in Chicago!

My family (husband and five children) all stayed at this house in Chicago while we were there visiting for a weekend. The location was perfect and the property was clean and had everything we needed. The property manager was very communicative and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. If you are looking for a great house in the Chicago area, this is the place!

Cubs game with friends

The house was easy to find and enter. Everyone had thier own space and plenty ofbroom to hang out. We walked to the game and stoppedbat 3 places along the route. Perfect way to get tobthe game.

Wrigleyville and Cubs Games

The property is exactly as the owner explained. He was extremely responsive and was very accommodating as we were driving in and was able to allow an early check in. The rooms were exactly how they were presented and we were pleased with the outdoor space as well. The street noise was very loud, but due to construction was in no one’s control, so we understood being in a very convenient area has some trade offs, however once the construction is done, that issue will go away. We really enjoyed our time there due to the location and the ease of the entire transaction.
