Great hosts at a fantastic location! Annual gathering of some middle-aged dads to explore the city, eat good food and relax away from home and we were able to seamlessly accomplish all of that from Andrew & Lauren’s place. Would stay here again.

Everything was exactly as pictured! Very orderly & nicely decorated, comfortable beds, clean bathrooms with plenty of towels & toilet paper supplied, well-supplied kitchen ... loved the coffee bar! ... and plenty of seating in the living room. Very nice & quiet neighborhood but minutes away from downtown. Parking on the street was no problem. Enjoyed our stay & wouldn't hesitate to book again should we be in the Chicago area!

Myself and friends had a great experience here. The property was very clean and inviting. The inside fireplace and outdoor patio with gas fire added to the cozy ambience. The owners were extremely fast to respond to any messages. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a Chicago getaway.
