The Happy Place, a charming 2-bedroom apartment in Uptown Circleville

Our Happy Place Loft is an old building with lots of character built in the 1850s. There are 2 entrances, but most will be using the back door to enter the property by the keyless lock. One parking spot is available behind the building. The front door is located on Main Street with the old style French doors. The grand staircase will lead you to the upper loft. A key will be available upon request to enter and leave the property this way. The back door enters onto a small back porch. From the porch, you will enter directly into the kitchen, where any family can cook in the well-stocked kitchen.


The dining room has an old built-in where you will find wine to scotch glasses, along with the table and 4 chairs. Off the dining room is the 2nd bedroom and laundry room. This bedroom is located in the back of the loft with a full size bed. The mattress has a bed bug cover along with a mattress pad and sheets for the most comfortable sleep. Extra linens are available. The spacious Master bedroom is located in the front of the loft. It has a King Mattress with a bed bug cover and high-end bedding for a great night's sleep. A lazy boy chair and table light for reading sit in the corner by the decorative fireplace. This room has 2 extra-large windows with exquisite old built-in shutters that fold back into the casing. You will see a spot between the windows that have been signed by the painters of the loft since 1865. The room can be opened up to the family room by moving the 2- 10ft tall pocket doors.

The family room has a cozy feel with leather, all power-reclining, sectional with seating for 5-7. The room has a 65" TV with a Roku attached. Room darkening curtains help make it feel perfect for a movie night in. The game room is located in the middle of the loft which has a pool table for hours of entertainment. The office space is quaint. The perfect place to catch up on work. The office has a large desk that sits in front of a large window that overlooks Main Street. The updated bathroom is located just off the family room featuring tiled, walk in shower.

The Happy Place is located in Downtown Circleville, so expect a little noise on Main Street. The downtown train is about a block and half away from our place.
