This charming getaway offers a stunning view of Hocking Hills, perfect for watching the sunrise with your morning coffee or stargazing from the deck. Relax and unwind in the private hot tub, nestled among the trees, providing the perfect oasis of peace and relaxation. Whether you’re looking for a romantic escape or a quiet break from the hustle and bustle, our cozy haven promises complete privacy and a peaceful, rejuvenating experience.

- 12 acres to hike on around the property (no designated trails currently)
- Gorgeous views of Hocking Hills from the back deck + hot tub

- For the security of our guests and the safety of our villa, we have an external security camera located by the front door that is aimed directly at the parking area to monitor check-in/check-out times and the number of guests entering the villa. It will be on during your stay.
- Maximum of 2 pets. We ask that pets be kept off furniture unless covered by waterproof pet blanket (provided), pets must be crated while left unattended, all outside areas must be cleaned (e.g. bags provided to guests for after pet goes #2), paws wiped before entering cabin, no pets in hot tub. Pet fee of $30. Pet damage fee applies.
- Please note that although internet is provided, it cannot be guaranteed due to its rural location, inclement weather, or issues stemming from the service provider.
-The driveway to the cabin is STEEP, but well worth the incline. I recommend 4-wheel drive if possible but it is not necessary.

The Nest is a lovely, isolated, peaceful escape. Take your groceries, fire wood and necessities with you because it’s a long way to civilization on winding, hilly roads. If you are looking for rest and relaxation with a hot tub and view, this is the place for you.

If you're looking for a place to relax and see beautiful views and have a lot of things to do in the area, this is the place for you .The cabin has everything you would need for a great weekend.We loved relaxing in the hot tub and looking out at the beautiful view.

Amazing get-away

Hunter helped us out and was very responsive. The property was amazing, clean and tons of fun. My only regret is not booking a few more days but will save that for another trip! Will definitely be booking again soon!

Comfortable and awesome

Very cozy and casual place in an awesome area. My wife and I stayed for 4 nights during a terrible heat wave, and we were so very comfortable and cool in The Nest. We hiked for hours in the heat at the various gorgeous Hocking Hills parks, and loved to rest our sore bodies in the hot tub. The pool table and easy-to-use Ruko tv offered us a great late night relaxation and recharge. Gorgeous view of the valley off the porch. Hunter was an awesome and communicative host. Highly recommend!

Amazing Valentines Trip

Me and my girlfriend booked with Hunter and he was honestly the best host i’ve ever had at any cabin. He was very helpful and made sure we were well taken care of. The cabin was beautiful and was amazing not only for my partner but my beautiful furbaby as well. We will make sure to hook again and we think other should too!!

Hunter is a GREAT host!!! The cabin is on the top of the hill all by itself and CAN NOT BE BETTER!!! The covered hot tub was amazingly clean & perfect! Updated bathtub, sink & fixtures!!!! I will say there is a lot of moisture in the cabin, & the pull outs were not the most comfortable (however that is mostly expected). Some stick up lighting on the top of the loft stairs would be awesome, as the first step down is much smaller than the rest & one of us almost had a mishap. These are just fyi’s, I don’t mean to be negative. The outdoor sitting area & fire pit with decorative lighting is on point!! And the deck out back was amazing too, morning yoga is a MUST out there!!! VIEWS ARE GORGEOUS & it is beyond serene & peaceful. Exactly what we needed!!! Great for a girls trip, romantic get away, or for a small family!! Would 10/10 recommend!!! Thank you so much!!!!

This cabin was absolutely amazing. It was clean and the hot tub was in perfect condition. The location was gorgeous. We watched the most beautiful sunrise this morning. Hunter was beyond great! Very accommodating and quick to respond. We are deciding when our schedules can allow us to go back!

The property was perfect for us. We loved that it was secluded and the deck, hot tub, fire pit, and view were great! We had so much fun checking out all of the hiking trails and rock formations in the area also! Chapel Cave, Whispering Cave, Rock House, and Ash Cave were our favorites!

Beautiful view, comfortable property, and the only cabin I’ve ever rented that came with its own cast iron skillet! Impressed overall with what was provided in the kitchen for cooking. Really appreciated all the games and puzzles to choose from as we had a rainy day, as well as the cover over the hot tub as it provided a great vantage point to watch the storm.

Hunter’s communication made the planning so easy. The house is exactly as advertised, except it is much prettier in person. We desperately needed a few chill days and this experience exceeded my expectations. Very clean, all the amenities you would need and a great shower! Will absolutely recommend!!!
