Stunning two level San Felipe rental condo offering all you need for the perfect vacation.

The upper level is one of our favorite spots. You will find a gorgeous furnishings in the great room along with the 42-inch flat screen TV. The dining table offers seating for 6. Just off of balcony overlooking the downstairs living room is a half bath for your convenience.

Also on the upper level is the kitchen, which includes fabulous granite counter tops, double oven, and electric stove top with ample counter and storage space. There is direct access from the kitchen to a spacious deck with BBQ grill. On this upper level you will also find the master suite with king bed and dresser with TV. A good size of the upper level is devoted to the master bedroom designed to make you live like royalty. The master bedroom boasts bubble bath tub, shower and double sink vanity.

On the lower level you will find two good-sized bedrooms with queen beds each and 2 private baths. Each bedroom has been nice decorated to make you feel right at home during your San Felipe vacation. There is a second living room downstairs with flat screen TV plus patio. This airy Patio is accessible from the two downstairs bedrooms and the living room. This home is the epitome of Mexican styling. The gorgeous furnishings are stylish and comfortable making this the perfect inviting environment. Come and relax at this resort home.

The 2-car attached garage with remote control makes entry and exist super easy.

Check-in time is 3PM - 8PM.  Arrival after 8PM is $25 extra

A $100 security deposit, not included in the rental amount is required on arrival.  This amount is charged to your credit or debit card on arrival. On departure, provided no damage or missing items in the rental, the $100 will be refunded to your card.

Children 12 years and under do not need pool pass
Maximum occupancy 8 guests.
This rental comes with 6 pool passes only!
If 8 adults rent, only 6 adults can access the pool.

Pool Passes are issued by the resort directly to guests.  Office issuing the passes closes by 4:30PM.  If you arrive after 4:30PM, you will be able to access the rental but not the pool.  Passes will need to be picked up the following day.  

This resort resort does not permit use of BBQ at the condos due to fire danger.  

BBQs have been set up at a designated BBQ area away from the condos.
It is about a 10 minute walk to the BBQ area 
Another option is to use the BBQ service of on-site Pavilion restaurant

**MONTHLY RENTALS - Utilities are additional.  A utility security deposit is required from monthly renters upon arrival. 

NOTE:  Off road vehicles are no longer permitted in La Ventana del Mar.  If you do plan to bring your off road vehicles and you want to stay in El Dorado Ranch, please consider our El Dorado Ranch mountain side homes were ATVs are welcome.
