Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Turn off AC and other kitchen appliances (except for refrigerator)
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No BBQ at the condo due to HOA restrictions. BBQs are available for use in designated area close to the condo near the beach.
Unless you paid for early check-in ($50), check-in is between 3PM - 8PM. Office closes at 8PM. Late check-out may be available. There is a $50 fee.
For check-in after 8 pm contact property manager in advance to make arrangements. $25 fee applies.

I was born and raised in Cincinnati Ohio and the oldest of 6 kids. I have a MS degree in biochemistry and currently working for Johnson and Johnson Medical Devices in Irvine, CA as a Director. My girlfriend Shelly and I love to travel, and we enjoy fine dining, working out, concerts, plays, and good movies. We have a very sweet cat named Lily.

Why they chose this property

I fell in love with this property when I saw a presentation at El Dorado Ranch. The condos are right at the beach front and are Mediterranean style luxury condos. The community has several swimming pools, golf course, tennis courts, restaurants, club house, and 24 hour security.

What makes this property unique

The El Dorado Ranch beachfront and golf community is amazingly beautiful. The beach and sea waters are warm and pristine. There are views of the beach, sea and mountains. It is a short driving distance to the town of San Felipe with malecon, great restaurants, shopping and activities. My condo has beautiful sea views and just a few steps from the beach.
