Beach Front Home

Enjoy the best beach in San Felipe only 3 miles south of town with easy paved road access to our gated community. This newer home has a private entrance just steps off the beach. The kitchen includes a full size refrigerator freezer, with icemaker door dispenser and a reverse osmosis water purification system, dishwasher and garbage disposal. The bedroom is nicely furnished with a king size bed,walk in closet, shower and soaker tub. The living room includes a foldout sofa and 40" tv connected to wifi. There is a separate laundry room with a full size washer and dryer. Views of the beach from the kitchen, dining and living room.

We loved this property. Very clean and modern. Great location, and only a few minutes drive into town. Amazing beach access and views. We were here about 5 weeks, and very comfortable. No hesitation in recommending this property.

Las Palmas

The owner is extremely responsive. All inquiries were answered very quickly. The apartment, especially the kitchen was updated and comfortable. The bathroom is very spacious with a roomy walk in shower. However it is a basement apartment so other than some small glass blocks there are no windows. There is a small garage next to the kitchen which opens on to the beach. Keeping the doors open allows fresh air to flow through the apartment. Other than for the lack of windows it is a comfortable place to stay.

The kitchen, bedroom and pool room have separate A.C. units and celing fans for ventilation, cooling and heating.
