This beautiful home far exceeded our expectations! Such a relaxing place to spent the month of February. 3 private patios, and steps to the beach. The condo was very well equipped, beautifully furnished and gracious host who we hope to see again. It was hard to leave. Thank you Gail & Mike

Michael and gail were great hosts. Michael greeted us and drove us around town and showed us some of the spots.The two level apartment was exactly like the pictures. It was very clean and tidy , very colorful and everything there we needed.The view from the rooftop patio , looking east or west with magnificentI had coffee every morning upon the patio.Looking out over the ocean.

The complex was a beautiful and a perfect place to relax and socialize with other travelers. The unit was excellent and a perfect size. An excellent kitchen and very comfortable beds . You can easily walk to town or just a few minute drive. We will stay here again

Beautiful property! The swimming pool and hot tub were like a private oasis. Access to a secluded beach mere steps away. Incredible sunrise views from the private balcony. Kitchen fully equipped. Great Place to Relax

The hosts were there to greet us and give us keys, and Michael took us on a tour of some the best restaurants to eat at and fun locations in town! The condo was very clear and well stocked. The minisplits kept the rooms at perfect temps all day and night. The best part...sunrises on the upper deck... were amazing! Highly recommend this clean, quiet place with good hosts. simoy amazing!

Mother daughter escape

Everything we needed was available at this property. I brought so many things I didn’t need. Every amenity was at our fingertips. Mike and Gail we so nice and gave us great tips on where to go. I plan on going back and staying longer next time if they will have us. I’ve been going to San Felipe for many years. This is by far the best stay I’ve ever had. The only thing I needed was the rest of my family. They would’ve loved it to thanks so much Mike and Gail.😎✌

Great private OASIS.

Place is emaculant. Mike,Gail and Renee are great. Always around court yard cleaning pool and ready to answer any question. Location is great. Steps to the beach,close to malecon and close to restaurants. I highly recommend this Oasis.

What a dream

Everything was perfect. Michael met us at the garage to let us in and gave us a tour of the place. It was heaven on earth. We had views for days and we were steps from the ocean. We went to celebrate my birthday and every thing was perfect. It had absolutely everything you would need including a Keurig and a coffee pot. Dining on the upper deck in the evening with the view of the ocean was priceless. The pool was relaxing and the grounds were peaceful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would return to San Felipe in a heartbeat.

Relaxation and rejuvenation!

Wow! This property really blew us away with its million dollar views! The multiple patios were amazing, loved grilling on the top deck while looking out at the sparkling sea. Showers had plenty of hot water (a rarity in mexico), beds were firm but comfortable, AC worked extremely well. Plenty of space for a family or larger group of people (if only we could have convinced our friends to drive down for the weekend)! Hummingbirds flew right up to is several times while hanging on porches. Loved being a stone’s throw from the beach (always nice to be able to run to the house for more drinks/bathroom/etc). 10-15 minute walk to the Malecon. The courtyard was gorgeous. Residence always felt safe and secure. We hope to come back next time we are in the area!!! Do not hesitate to book, everything is as pictured and/or better.

Loved this property and Condo. Nicer than we expected. Right on the beach. The pool was absolutely wonderful to relax around after being at the beach all day. the grounds are beautiful. Owners were soo helpful and accommodating. They had everything you needed.
