This beautiful, luxury beachfront home has it all. It is over 3100 sq. feet with 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. Full party deck on the roof with bar and BBQ. Master bedroom has full ocean view. For technology, we have a flat screen TV in the master bedroom, a flat screen TV in the living room with DVD player, TV's in both guest rooms, satelite TV channels, Home has a monitored security system. Bring your toys! Ride your ATV's, sand rails or motorcycles right on the beach, right outside your front door on the sand.

This is a large, beautiful property right on the beach, away from the crowds. There is a great rooftop entertaining area with a gas grill. Great place to unwind

Beyond our expectations!

To start Karen reached out immediately after booking to make certain we are comfortable with travel to Mexico and the quirks that a large home in Baja may have during your stay. We are comfortable, but this connection made us feel completely safe and gave us confidence to start inviting our friends. Large garage fits two large vehicles easily. The home is amazing. We joked it was built by a man because the kitchen is smaller however the master bedroom is fit for king (views, privacy, jet tub, shower) and all the bedrooms are far enough away from each other for true privacy. Large dining and living area. Second floor is full size of the home and open to the sky. BBQ (immaculately clean) and stone dining table. To travel 5 hours from San Diego and feel like royalty is truly a special gift. As far as the chefs of home want to know we felt the kitchen was very well equipped. Otherwise bring everything you will need for cooking in the realms of food, oils and spices. There is no old questionable spices or oils lurking in cabinets. Finally, the extreme cleanliness of the entire home. For a mini castle on the sand to be void of dust, sand or anything out of place. Each of the seven guests commented on it immediately. You could not swipe a finger and pick up a hint of dust anywhere!!! The silverware was polished, not even a water spot on a glass. We walked bare foot and my feet as clean as they were in my shoes! Beautiful Location

The back patio of the house is amazing. The beach, the water, the sunsets and sunrises, the firepit. It was very nice. Some of the softest sand I have ever felt. The best location on the beach from what we could see. Most beautiful place I've seen in Mexico. The stars were amazing, we didn't expect so many stars. Reminded me of Tahiti or Fiji. A San Felipe fog bank is also something to see.

Exceptional spot

If you enjoy nature and solitude, this is the spot! The house is in a fantastic location less than 20 minutes south of the town of San Felipe. While we were there, we saw very few other people. We had amazing sunsets and sunrises all to ourselves. We swam in the 80-85 degree sea many times every day, paddle-boarded, played with our dogs who ran freely on the beach, experienced some interesting weather phenomena (distant lightning light shows and a wind storm in the middle of the night), incredible stars, and quiet! The ATV crowd that camps nearby were all conscientious and careful around the dogs and us. There were some other beach visitors on the weekend but we always had privacy and part of the day completely to ourselves, even on the weekend. It was just what we hoped for and needed. If you want to cook, be aware that you need to bring everything necessary because there are zero staples stocked (no oil, vinegar, spices, etc) but the kitchen is well stocked with equipment toaster, coffee grinder, blender, etc). We had an issue with the plumbing venting and a sewer smell blowing into the house via the air conditioning, but Karen got the management company to come out and deal with it. We had a very late arrival due to our border crossing and the management company accommodated us, sending someone to meet us and escort us to the house (there is a late check-in fee but that’s a small issue when arriving at midnight in the middle of an unknown desert beach - we were so grateful to check in!). We would stay here again without hesitation. Thank you, Karen, for sharing your magical and serene beach house with us!

Great beach spot

Aside from a few minor maintenance items that are to be expected, our Baja stay was better than expected for the value. The large tiled garage was perfect to work in and to keep all of our race gear organized and secure. The owner was an extremely accommodating host. We will definitely be returning here!

Private beach home

Perfect beach home for those that want to be away from the city hustle and bustle. We all had a great time here. The house was as noted on the rental site. Everything worked. We were able to check in a few hours before with not problem. Once at the home, we had the beach all to ourselves. The community is filled with great people. We probably seen a handful on our stay. The beach was right outside the door. At the night the sky lit up like a Christmas tree, with so many stars. Unlike anything we’ve seen here in LA. We met a local man named Raul, about a half mile down that lives by RV park. He fish’s and will give you feasibly caught fish, all he asks was for some food in return. We also met Bob and Maureen, Canadians that live in the small community, awesome people. So bottom line, if you want a getaway from the noise and just relax with the sound of the ocean, head to Serenity by the beach. It will not disappoint. Just keep in mind you are about 20 minutes from San Felipe city center, so plan on buying some groceries and drinks to have in the fridge. We will be back again. Thank you

Even if the place was falling down, the view is worth it.

San Felipe Baja 500

We loved the house. We had a few issues the first day that the owner quickly had repair guys there and took care of. The location, house, beach, everything was awesome. We have been going to San Felipe since the late 60's (everything from camping on the beach to renting houses). This was by far the best house, location we have experienced in our 50 + years of going to San Felipe. We are a dirt bike, sxs riding family. There were great trails and riding areas just minutes away, not to mention the kids learning to rip the dirt bikes down the beach!

Beautiful home on the Sea

This lovely home is a wonderful place to stay and enjoy San Felipe and it’s beaches and the sea of Cortez. The home is spacious and the bedrooms and bathrooms are large. Kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook, eat and drink including a blender. Nice tv area with lots of channels and decent WiFi. The AC works great for those extra hot days and the garage is roomy to store your toys. We left kayaks and chairs outside and had no problems. San Felipe is about 20 minutes north for shopping, Groceries and restaurants/bars. Things you might want to bring: dish soap, trash bags, storage bags, cooking oil and spices, extra bags of ice (large freezer in garage), extra paper towels and TP, beach towels, sand/folding chairs, bug spray, fire wood for fire pit, rafts or water toys, water shoes (protect from jelly fish and sting rays), sunscreen, sun hat, speaker for music, and laundry soap for washer. Mike was a great host and responded immediately to any questions. You will enjoy this home.

What a beautiful home!

This place is absolutely amazing to stay at, I wish I didn’t have to leave. The only issue we had was someone took our easy up. Not sure if it was another vacation group or local but other than that I can’t complain. This by no mean has any reflection on the home or the owners. The house is very clean and we will be returning when we are in town next!

We love San Felipe & we think you will too. We have always wanted a house on the beach but Calif. was out of the question. We went in search & discovered San Felipe. While being involved in the building process we fell in love with this little town. The people are kind, hard working, helpful & friendly. The sea provides shrimp & fish for it's restaurants & townspeople. There is endless quading, dune buggying, fishing, beach combing & star gazing.

Our home has everything you will need, all the amenities. The most difficult part of your vacation will be when you have to leave this paradise to go home.

We were married at our home overlooking the water April of 2007. It was a beautiful wedding. About 60 friends & family attended. Some were worried about traveling there but not one was worried after a few days of being there and many have returned. To this date, in the several years we have traveled there we have never encountered any problems. The Federally's have always been friendly & courteous.

We are happy to share our home with you, it is a wonderful place to relax & get away.

Why they chose this property

The beaches where we are are really nice, very quiet & great shelling at low tide. We are approx. 10 miles South of town. Still a quick drive on a good road to return to town for shopping, eating or other activities.

What makes this property unique

The view is breathtaking. The entire front of the house overlooks the sea. The sunrise is amazing!! It is a little bit of paradise.
