This stunning 2-level home features 2 fully equipped kitchens, 2 living rooms, central air conditioning, a washer and dryer, and a beautiful newly installed private swimming pool for your delight.

As you walk up to this impressive San Felipe Vacation Rental, you will notice the huge gate for secure parking. The massive patio includes a fire pit, BBQ, and mini stove — perfect for evening gatherings under the stars. Entering the home, you will find the first living room with a huge TV, the dining area, the first kitchen, and 3 bedrooms all located on the first floor. Up a flight of stairs, you will find yourself with the second kitchen and second living room space for the whole family. Two more bedrooms are located on the second level. This San Felipe Vacation Rental has enough beds to sleep up to 16 guests.

The second living room has access to a middle patio deck that has its own furniture to enjoy meals in the open, with a top view of the pool. There is also a hammock and a ping pong table for added entertainment. A flight of stairs next to the house leads to the middle deck from the front patio, which also leads to a 3-level deck with seating for 4 and an incredible view of the beach and the surrounding area. Please note: Guests must bring their own towels. The owner lives on-site in an apartment. You will have exclusive use of the swimming pool. Check-in is from 3PM to 8PM. After 8PM, there is a $25 late check-in fee.
