Great communication with the host. Beautiful property and stocked with anything you might need. Hot tub was nice and very comfortable beds. Would definitely stay here again!

The place was very clean and the host was great answering any questions I had very quickly. The pond was a little low, as I figured being in hill country late summer, but I still caught some bass and perch. The cowboy hot tub felt amazing. The house was set up great and the property had has some pretty views. I highly recommend.

Amazing sunrise views from the patio! The place was exactly what we needed for a peaceful stay in the hill country and close to everything we wanted to do and see. It was remote enough to see wildlife and sooo many stars but still very convenient to other towns. Communication was extremely easy. the place was very clean. There were a couple of little things to be addressed but nothing that interferred with our stay and again communication was top notch. And was stocked with all you could need in the kitchen. would absolutely recommend and stay here again. Thank you for making our trip so memorable!

Loved it

Beautiful property...We really enjoyed our stay. The property was well maintained and a great place to hang out after day trips to the surrounding area. Relaxing in the heated cowboy pool after a long day at Pedernales State Park was one of the highlights.

The place is beautiful and spacious. Great views of the hills. Host was very responsive if we had any questions or needed anything. Our family had a wonderful time. The only problem is the grass was very high.

Absolutely loved the peace found at this home and enjoyed my stay. It was so close to my barn and that was my priority. House was clean and well stocked and the team was always very prompt and helpful
