Enjoy the beautiful beach views from all the rooms throughout the day. (Other units face neighboring buildings, so you have to go out to the balcony and look sideways to actually see the beach.) And the unit faces west so you'll be treated to ever changing spectacular sunsets.
This unit has been completely transformed. The expanded kitchen has a new layout, a tile back-splash, large pantry and extra tall cabinets with soft close hardware. The large island is perfect for entertaining or taking in the beautiful beach views while enjoying your meal. More beautiful views can be seen from the full-length sofa or recliner or watch your favorite show on the 60-inch LED TV. The bathroom also has been fully renovated with new fixtures, walk in shower and a shower panel with body jets and shower wand. The 534 sf unit also benefits from new impact windows, modern, easy to maintain 12 x 24 inch tile floors, free dedicated fiber optic WiFi and cable TV with on demand service.
The unit is located in Sunset House, one of the lowest density buildings on the beach, and faces West offering stunning views of the Gulf and spectacular sunsets.
