Although we sent numerous messages explaining that we would be arriving early we got no response
Although we sent numerous messages explaining that we would be arriving early we got no response from the owner, Sam. When we finally did arrive and contact him he said he would meet us but We still waited an additional 3 1/2 hours for him to arrive and take us three blocks to the condo. When we arrived at the condo Sam said that he would provide a microwave that was missing but during the eight days that we were staying there it never arrived. Although Sam graciously offered to set us up with a taxi or Uber for any of our trips we could not get him to respond in a timely way manner. The condo although very nice is set away from most activities that we wanted to participate in. We also felt uncomfortable After reading posters on the condo that said it was illegal to rent by the day or week.

Хорошее кондо, удобное расположение. Бассеин заметно лучше других комплексов. Но не советую этого хозяина. Он во первых сдал нам эту комнату за 41$ а другим её же сдавал за 21$. ну и мы лохонулись.
во вторых фото сделаны таким образом, что тяжело понять реальную площадь квартиры. Хозяин уверял что 3 взрослых и ребёнок поместятся без проблем. в итоге мне пришлось спать на полу - в первую же ночь покусали таракашки какие-то. Очень не советую связывать с этими ребятами. они обманщики.
на первый взгляд квартира чистая но если присмотреться везде волосы и песок. кондиционер работал с перебоями, дует прямо на кровать. в итоге заболел сын от этого. и пролежал 3 дня в номере.
в общем кондо хорошее, но точно не у этого хозяина. ..

Modern furnishing in a beautiful condo. The apartment is clean & new . Looks exactly like the photos. A short 5-8 mins to BTS station . Have 24 hrs mini supermarket. Condo also provide free shuttle bus to the BTS. EM & Leon are very wonderful hosts . Very friendly & helpful. I would definitely recommend it !
