The main level includes an open living space with a cozy fireplace and updated kitchen appliances—perfect for early morning coffee or winding down after a day in the sun. Upstairs, you’ll find a queen bed, a second living space with a blow-up mattress for extra guests, a full bathroom, and a washer/dryer for your convenience.

We are originally from the Brainerd Lakes area in Minnesota and have always loved being on the lake. We moved closer to the metro and always have wanted a small cabin on the lake. This little piece of paradise is something we are extremely proud of and excited to share with you.
Why they chose this property
We chose Indian Lake because it is known for it's excellent water clarity and fishing. It is a quiet lake so kids can have the opportunity to float around and have fun without worrying about constant traffic. We specifically chose Gulden Ave because it is lined with small seasonal cabins. It feels like you are stepping back in time to a slower pace.
What makes this property unique
This little cabin has a ton of charm. It still has it's 1950's structure, but has been renovated with modern touches. The cabin sits literally at the waters edge. You have a patio close to the lake with a perfect sand beach.
