Whether it’s enjoying morning coffee or a barbecue on our spacious paver patio just feet from the lake, soaking up the sun on our secluded beach or unwinding in the crystal-clear waters of Sugar Lake, you are sure to find refuge from the cares of the world.

Newly built in 2020, this lakeside home is one-level living with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, open living room and well-equipped kitchen.

Two of the three bedrooms have private access to the lakeside patio. Wake up to all the sounds of the water—loons included!

This unique property boasts lake views from 7 of the 8 rooms and will bless you with spectacular sunrise and sunset views.

We strive for exceptional cleanliness and hope to make you feel at home during your stay.

This property has beautiful lakeside hardscapes with boulder walls, sawn boulder steps and generous paver patios.

There are several outdoor seating areas, a fire pit, sand beach and large yard for games. The swimming area is free of weeds and has a hard gravel bottom. There are kayaks, a canoe and dock for your use. A great recipe for creating many wonderful memories.

Our property is also great for a winter get-away! With access to a larger bonfire pit just feet from a skating area, you can experience the great outdoors of Minnesota. We have broom ball and hockey sticks for your enjoyment. Snowshoeing, cross country skiing or just walking on the frozen lake are also very enjoyable. If indoors is more your style, relax in front of the gas fireplace, play games, watch a movie or visit while taking in views of the lake.

Just 60 minutes from the Twin Cities, our property is perfectly located. Check out an extensive list of interesting places to explore under “Other Attractions” on the “Location” tab. Not far from parks, restaurants and shopping, Sugar Lake and surrounding area is sure to please.

Whether it is spending time with family, a girls’ weekend, romantic get-away or time alone, we look forward to you experiencing our property!

In connection with our permit restrictions and in cooperation with our neighbors, we have agreed to limit guest numbers (including day guests) to seven people on premises and three cars for parking. Please let us know if you have questions regarding these restrictions.
