This beautifully renovated executive hilltop Premiere 1-bedroom villa offers free 100mb Wi-Fi, easy street-level access, and breathtaking views of Pillsbury Sound for a relaxing St. Thomas getaway. Ideal for couples, solo travelers, small families, or remote business travelers, D31 sleeps up to 4 guests and provides a comfortable upper-resort setting with spacious indoor and outdoor living.

As you enter the villa, the breathtaking view of Pillsbury Sound is framed by a 24-foot wall of sliding glass doors. The bedroom and bathroom are located near the entry, with a few steps down leading into a spacious living area. The elevated king bedroom offers down-island views from bed, while sliding bamboo shutters provide added privacy when desired. The bathroom features a dual shower head for a refreshing rinse after a day at the beach. The living area includes a king sleeper sofa with a full 82-inch memory foam mattress, two reading chairs, a 50-inch flat-screen TV, USB charging outlet, and beautifully crafted ceiling fans. The dining area seats 4 and opens into the fully equipped kitchen, which features quartz countertops, new appliances, and additional bar-stool seating.

One of D31’s standout features is the private covered balcony, which includes two lounge chairs and an outdoor dining table for 4, making it the perfect spot for morning coffee or sunset cocktails. D31 is located in the upper section of the resort with easy street-level access. Point Pleasant Resort is approximately 8 miles from the airport. Rental cars are recommended for guests who want to explore the island, though taxis are often available near the lobby. Shuttle services also operate throughout the 15-acre property from 8:00 AM to 12:00 AM daily. The resort is close to Coki Beach, Coral World Ocean Park, the ferry to St. John, and Magens Bay.

Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, and smoking is prohibited in public areas and inside condominium units. We also recommend purchasing “cancel for any reason” travel insurance for added peace of mind.

We’ve stayed at several condos at this resort and this unit is our new favorite! The view is amazing! The unit was very clean and up to date. The hilltop pool was close and we had easy access to the unit from the upper parking lot. We will definitely be back!

Condo was everything we expected. View can not be better - condo is spacious and clean and well equipped. As previous reviews stated - many steps getting up there but we’ll worth it. Shuttle is available to pick up and reliable. Willie is the shuttle driver most days and he is awesome - greatest guy. My wife hugged him forever on last day. Only exception Is after 6pm when lobby closes you must call security for shuttle or taxi service - rude and not great. We waited a long time on couple occasions. Rest of staff is great. Chad is great down at seaside bar and grill. We’ll be back!!

June 2022 Trip

The overall property is great. There are a few things that we did have problems with. Given CVOID the front desk closes at 6 and no contact information was provided. We went to bed at 10 and came to find we had no sheets, blankets, or pillows for the uncomfortable pull-out bed. Two of the guest basically had to sleep with nothing the first night no discount was provided or offered due to the inconveniences. Secondly, I felt we should get some sort of credit as there were multiple power outages for extended periods of time which also means there is no water available or you are unable to go to the bathroom as the toilets don't work. The resort does not have a generator backup either. Overall the views are amazing. The sleeper sofa is not the best or comfortable at all. Some items could be updated or cleaned i.e. the fans but the views make up for some of this.

The only negative is all the waking and steps. My husband and I are active people so this didn’t bother us, but others will have to drive to cafe or places on the resort if not used to walking Very clean. Beautiful views from the balcony. Serene quiet pools and beach (sugar beach). Location is close to every TV ing.

Gorgeous. But a lot of work

This property and room is just phenomenal. Super amazing staff. The entire resort is on total vertical Hills and gets exhausting. Because of COVID there isn’t room service and the lobby closes at 6pm so that’s kind of a drag but all and all it was a great experience. Mirador is a must eat!

Beautiful views!

The property is exactly as it looks in the pictures. The view of the ocean is expansive and stunningly beautiful. The unit is clean and has beach chairs, umbrellas, floaties, etc. I would be happy to stay again, however, the resort where the property is located needs a lot of renovations. The streets need to be repaved and it is in desperate need of landscaping.

STAY HERE!

The unit was very clean and updated. Exactly as pictured! Also very close walk to the upper pool at the resort which was awesome! We were very impressed with Point Pleasant itself. We went to multiple other resorts to eat/use their beaches etc and none were as beautiful as Point Pleasant! there are many stairs to climb on the property but there’s a shuttle if you would rather get a ride :) We rented a car which we would definitely do again because it helped us to be able to reach multiple areas of st Thomas in the most efficient way for us! Don’t miss out on this amazing unit with a beautiful view!

We thoroughly enjoyed our 3-day stay at your resort, it was spectacular. We would rate our entire experience with the booking process, our stay, making use of resort beach chairs and snorkel equipment, the friendly staff at the front desk and shuttle, the beautiful landscaping and flowers, etc. as a 5 of 5. The views from our room were everything we expected, and more. The Shoreline restaurant next to the sea had excellent food, and we made use of the room service. Thank you for such a wonderful stay at Point Pleasant.
