Spanning over 200 sqm Ferretti villa is uniquely situated at the north-western side of its land. Its main gardens and outdoor sitting areas are thus well protected from the summer northern winds making it a tranquil getaway. The house is made of local stone in the traditional manner. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one of which is ensuite. There is an adjacent but separate guest house with kitchenette and bathroom. There is also a stone built BBQ and pizza oven, nearby the swimming pool.

Ferretti villa is a spacious flat development on a mountainous cycladic landscape. This unique place was originally built in the early nineties in a land of over 2 acres. There are AC units in every bedroom. The land has multiple wells and thus an abundance of clean water for summer and winter. There is a double solar water heating system for hot water all year. Besides, there is also another completely detached small house occupied by the housekeeping lady and her husband who has pool and gardening duties.
