Rent the Main House & Guest House!

Escape to your own private oasis in Montecito, where luxury and serenity await you. Nestled under a canopy of majestic oak trees, this unique property offers two distinct accommodations, perfect for families or groups seeking both privacy and proximity to the best of the area.
The main house boasts three bedrooms adorned with plush bedding - a king, queen, and full-sized bed - ensuring a restful night's sleep for all guests. Delight in the split bathroom layout, featuring separate shower and toilet rooms for added convenience. Guest house is newly remodeled and features spacious master bedroom, full kitchen, and pullout sofa couch. Relax in the high-end jacuzzi amidst the enchanting backyard, complete with a barbecue area and outdoor dining space.
We have a beautiful white Restoration Hardware Cloud sofa in the living room. If your pet is not trained to stay off couches, please use a spare blanket from the linen closet to cover the couch and keep it clean. Please shower off before entering the hot tub, especially after being at the beach. The hot tub is cleaned once a week, but if it needs to be drained and refilled because of excess sand etc, there will be an extra cleaning fee. There is also a guest house on the property. Please respect their privacy and keep noise down after 10PM. Please don’t block parking of guesthouse far right side if looking at house. We prefer to not open the locked door in the master bedroom that goes out the side yard on other side of house from the brick patio, as that is to the guesthouse side of the property.
