This was the perfect home for our stay to visit our son at Mines. House was very clean and very comfortable!! Very well stocked with anything you would need and some nice extras like the robes for the hot tub. Hosts were wonderful and very accommodating. This was by far the best Vrbo we have stayed at in the area and would definitely return.

Family getaway!

Our stay here was amazing! The hosts both went above and beyond to accommodate us during a heat wave and ensure our families comfort. They are very responsive and the house was clean and fit our family of 5 comfortably. We will absolutely stay again for future trips.

It was convenient to all activities and to the other family members and to downtown Arvada and Denver and close to many resturants. The home was clean, neat with large bedrooms and living area. It was a great place to stay and we will look to stay there again. The owners were friendly and provided great instructions on the house, parking and were available for any issues if needed..

What a wonderful place to stay! The unit was so comfortable & we felt like we were home. The host was so attentive & did a beautiful job in making sure we had everything we needed. Will definitely stay here again when we come back to Arvada.

Mike and Mary are great, friendly, communicable, immediately helpful. This 2 BR home is lovely with tall ceilings, excellent response time, comfy bed, a huge, beautiful tiled shower and many conveniences. And SO convenient to 70 75, downtown and outskirts. LOVED our stay here. It is not attractive on the outside but don't judge a book by it's cover. Large, comfortable, living room with internet/ Prime/ Netflix. Easy kitchen (but could use one good frying pan, please). The street is somewhat busy and noisy, but not a deal-breaker for us. Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed here for a Broncos game and couldn’t have picked a better spot! The hosts went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. They were friendly, responsive, and genuinely welcoming. The house was clean, comfortable, and in a quiet neighborhood. It’s close to everything you might need, but still peaceful when you’re ready to unwind. Would absolutely stay here again!

Clean, comfortable, welcoming experience.

We really enjoyed our stay. The place was clean and comfortable with what we needed for a good vacation. The owners were responsive, available and friendly and good, down to earth people. I would recommend it to other VRBO members. It was our first VRBO stay and it will not be the last.
