Beautiful view of the water, balcony was breathtaking. Great spot to enjoy your morning cup. Perfect sunset colors out there too! Short walk to the beach, very convenient. The property had chairs, beach toys for the kids, books for the kids, spacious inside, hose by the har for that after beach rinse. Charcoal grill beach picnic area right outside with a nice spot for the kids to play while you cook. There's a pier outside to walk out over the ocean and a little pond with ducks, fish, and turtles to enjoy. This is our new family vacation staple!

Everything we needed was there. Spend most of the time on the balcony overlooking the water.Fort Pickens was nearby to fish and wathch the Blue Angels.

Great property in perfect location

We had an amazing stay at this 1st floor walkup unit - it was perfect for our family, and we enjoyed the balcony every day! Walking on the dock and floating in the bay was wonderful, and walking across the street to the beach was an easy 5 minute walk. Communicating with Angela was easy, and the check in/out process was simple. We will definitely be back!
