Flat in gated community with double bedroom, bedroom, sleeps 5 people, (if you want to rent more than one unit, I have another flat in the same condo with the same capacity) and outdoor area containing pool and barbecue, with use conditioned to rules of procedure, 1 parking space, 400 m from the popular beach Martin de Sá. City with full infrastructure such as shopping, theater, shopping center, hospital, etc., surrounded by beautiful beaches, and access to major coastal cities such as Ubatuba, Ilha Bela and São Sebastião.
