About this property

Amazing Beach Home just one block from the Beach! This traditional beach home has been completely redone inside and out. The home features two levels of the exact some floor plan. Each has a wonderful open floor plan with combination living/dining room with with beautiful open kitchens with quartz counter tops. Each living room has a large sectional looking onto a 65 inch TV. Each level has 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms (total of 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms). Inside and outside stairs are available for easy access of each floor. Catch the ocean breezes with two full sized porches, one on each level stretching across the front of the home. Shared bathrooms on each floor with tub/shower combinations. WiFi, charcoal grill and linens included. Washer and dryer. No smoking and no pets please. Please keep all cars off the grass.

Great house for beach access

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family has a wonderful time in this house and loved the close proximity to the beach. There was plenty of seating on the two porches as well as for eating together inside the house. There are two full kitchens in the house but we only used the one on the upper level. It was nice to have an extra refrigerator downstairs to keep the drinks cold. There is no ice maker, but buying ice on the island is easy. There were a couple of upkeep items that needed attention but nothing major. We would stay at this house again on a return to IOP.

Everyone had their own room/bathroom and plenty of parking for our 6 Corvettes! The house was clean and had everything we needed. Will rent again!!!
