Family vacation

The pictures and description of the apartment was very accurate. Communication with the host was very good. The apartment was within walking distance to restaurants and a nice grocery store. Beds were very comfortable, water was hot for showers. Would have been nice to have a hairdryer. It’s located on a busy street and the windows are single pane, so the street traffic is very loud. It sounded like the windows were open. Also there is an open louver to the outside air in the living room that cannot be shut so it lets cold air in and noise on top of it. It was so loud you couldn’t sit in the living room and hear the tv. The camera inside the apartment to captured the front door, on the wall of the kitchen made us very uncomfortable. The security guards when you come in the building were very friendly and helpful, plus we felt safe and secure with them there 24 hrs a day.

Never received check in instructions so front desk was able to contact host. Apartment was nice, close to city center. Earplugs are on nightstands as it is a loud street, very common in that area. Laundry is available at top floor of building. All was well until host accused us of breaking her camera, we never touched it.

Located 12 blocks from the Costa Verde along the Magdalena descent, 14 minutes from the Center of Lima, 25 minutes from Miraflores and close to public transportation.
