The unit was clean and comfortable. Host Nina responded quickly to our questions. I highly recommend including the fee for parking next door. It was very convenient. Location was ideal as we were able to walk everywhere we went except for the riverboat cruise. The Biscuit Love breakfast restaurant was nearby, as well as Findlay Market. Would stay here again.

Roomy, comfortable stay in the heart of OTR
My sisters and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and Nina our host was wonderful and incredibly responsive. This space is modern, clean, and larger than the pictures demonstrate. We were especially excited to have the option to reserve daily parking through our host and when there was a small glitch with someone parking in one of our spaces, Nina fixed it immediately! We would definitely stay here again!

Soccer weekend stay
Communication with the host was excellent, and the entire process was smooth and easy. The location is perfect—close to everything we needed. The only downside was that the living room wasn’t particularly comfortable, which made it a bit less relaxing during downtime. Overall, still a great stay.

Everything was just as described. The unit is simply adorable! Everything was within walking distance. The parking right next to the unit made it even better. I've stayed in several VRBO places, but this one had the BEST beds ever! If you are looking for quaint, quiet, in the OTR area, you won't make a mistake with this one! The host was the best with very timely communication. I would definitely stay again, no questions asked!

Great Property in a Great Location
We really enjoyed staying at this property. It was perfect for a family of five like ours. It was clean, comfortable, and spacious enough to accommodate all of us. It had all the basics and comfort of home. The location couldn’t be better…the Connector stop was right across, Findlay Market, OTR, restaurants and shops were a 5-10 minute walk.The weather temp in Cincy was in the mid to high 90’s during our 4-day stay. Coming back to this property after exploring the city all day felt great with its cool A/C and comfy furniture to lounge on. I highly recommend this place and we would definitely stay here again.

3 beds (two in one bedroom), 2 baths, living room, and kitchen all appeared very clean. The location is clearly pretty unbeatable (walkable to downtown and obviously OTR, also just a couple hundred feet from the trolley stop) and theirs is good natural light in the main living space. The price was also fair for the city, so overall 5 stars.Property manager did ask a litany of somewhat invasive questions, which felt a bit rude or at least unwelcoming. (For example, I replied to the question presented of who’s staying, saying that I live in town but had reserved the apartment for my family to stay at; the immediate response was that the number of guests needed to match the reservation [it did] and a statement that visitors are not allowed [which was never the plan].) Not sure if this was procedural on their part or not, but it definitely wasn’t friendly hospitality. The other weird thing is that the check out instructions stated to put dirty towels on the sofa… not sure what that accomplishes other than making the sofa dirty. Fortunately, the host does not burden the guests with any further check out cleaning tasks, like many other rental properties do.In summary, I can highly recommend this rental as of April 2026, provided you don’t mind a bit of stern instruction from the manager.
