This was the perfect getaway! The location was perfect for being able to access the beach as well as restaurants and sight seeing on the island.The house was perfect. It was stocked with kitchen supplies and amenities better than any home we have ever stayed in. There were 8 of us and we had more than enough space. Highly recommend!!

We loved the house! It was the most well stocked kitchen we have ever rented. The location was close to everything we wanted to do. The pool was great. The house was clean. There were so many thoughtful extras, like a ping pong table, connect 4 and fire pit. All of the light switches, cabinets and drawers were labeled. We would love to come again!

Beautiful property. The fresh clean smell welcomed into a light beachy atmosphere. Very well maintained and well stocked. Compared to other rentals, this one had plenty of the necessities, everything from paper towels to kitchen needs ( not just the one bare minimum like so many properties.) included were plenty of Pool Towels, games, a ping pong table, fire pit, but especially convenient were the beach chairs and beach wagon included! The children loved the pool and the grown ups loved the hot tub! Great location within walking distance of the beach, restaurants, shops and even the Pier area. At just one mile it was a beautiful shady stroll. Booked at the last minute and our host was very quick to respond to questions. St Simon Island was perfect for our fall family getaway. Highly recommend this property and this Southern island destination!

Very well stocked unit! Everything was clean and organized. The beach chairs were great to be able to grab and go. Couldn’t beat the location within a block of the beach. Extra parking (free) is available across the street. Would definitely stay here again!

I had two different groups to join me in this lovely well appointed beach home. The first group ranged in ages 65-80 and the second from 2-70. I was amazed how the accommodations suited both groups perfectly. The location was superb for both groups. A very easy walk to the beach, which was beautiful. I would certainly want to come back to this wonderful home where many treasured memories were created.

Nice Place. Had everything we needed.

Very nice beds, linens, and towels. Has plenty of areas to socialize inside and outside. Has an outdoor TV, grill, ping pong, fire pit, etc. We weren't there long, but definitely enjoyed our stay!

We’ve stayed at many different homes on SSI over the years and this was by far our favorite. Hope was a wonderful and responsive host. The home was perfect for our group of 5 cousins, 2 sets of parents and a grandpa. The bunk room was perfect for our girls & paying the extra to heat the pool was well worth it!

We had a beautiful and relaxing stay at The Breeze! The house was tastefully decorated, everything felt fresh and newly renovated, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. It was the perfect place to stay — stocked with everything you could possibly need, and the location couldn’t have been better.The kids especially loved spending time in the pool and relaxing in the hot tub. The Breeze

Another amazing property by John Bailey! The house was perfect for multiple families with multiple age kids. No detail was missed - from games and entertainment to every utensil you would need on vacation. Excellent experience and even better location. Just a short walk to the beach and multiple restaurants!

Loved it! The house and host were both fantastic! Location is very convenient. Easy walk to beach access next to King & Prince, Crabdaddys, Fiddlers, Crab Trap & more!The house was recently renovated, so everything is clean and practically new. Layout works well for a large family or multiple families combined for a vacation. 2 primary suites. 1 on main, 1 upstairs. Both overlook the pool in front of house.We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing Stay!!

Could not say enough great things about this home! Recently renovated perfectly with plenty of room for 3 families to comfortably stay together. Speaking of comfort, I had to snap a photo of the mattress before leaving because I am dreading going home to my own bed and will be ordering the amazing mattress provided for my own home. Everything was beautiful, perfect, and stocked better than any vacation rental I’ve ever visited!! Location couldn’t have gotten much better either. We will be back for sure!
