Electricity is not included in the rental price, the guest will be charged 7 THB per kWh.
When you check in, we'll take a photo of the official electricity meter reading, and the same will be done at check-out. Before you leave, we kindly ask that you pay the corresponding electricity bill in cash.

For an additional charge of THB 1,300, this transparent transfer will be transparent to our welcoming home, where we look forward to your arrival at any time. Let us take care of everything, allowing you to embrace the magic of Phuket from the moment you arrive.

We will welcome you personally on arrival and departure at the accommodation.
There is no additional charge for additional people, as long as the maximum capacity of the property is respected.
Smoking allowed only on the terrace.
Flexible check-in and check-out times are possible, depending on availability.
Families with children are warmly welcomed and we are happy to provide a cot and high chair for your little ones.

To ensure your comfort, we provide a bath towel and a pool towel per person, as well as a complete set of soap, shampoo and shower gel for each bathroom as a welcome. In addition, a welcome package is waiting for you in the fridge.
We are committed to making your arrival and stay as smooth and enjoyable as possible.

DEPOSIT:
Refundable deposit of THB 10,000 will be collected upon check in and returned cash upon check out provided there are no damages to be deducted.

CLEANING:

We offer free cleaning every other day (or daily but there is an extra charge 500/ cleaning). If guests want linen change there is an additional charge of Thai Baht 300/ bedroom each time.

POOL SERVICE
The villa pool offers twice weekly cleaning. Our pool team has a gate key and will be working quietly and quickly to give you as much privacy as possible while ensuring that the pool is maintained as best you enjoy.
