The condo was the perfect location for exploring the Sleeping Bear Sand Dunes and surrounding area. It was immaculate and had many amenities (plenty of beach towels, chairs, and a beautiful deck from which to watch the sunset.

Working iwth the owner was great and very helpful. the place was one of the best we have stayed in for the many years we have been coming to Glen Arbor. the only thing that was missing was the ability to use a community gas grill. it forced us to eat out more than desired. the unit was really nice and well done.

We came to find peace, and we surely did. Everything was so clean and convenient that we had no worries. Glen Arbor was a short five minute drive, so it was there when we wanted it, but far enough away that it didn’t disturb the peace of our time at the condo or on the beach. We would definitely return to this same property for future Sleeping Bear vacations. Thanks for a great stay! PS - Get pastries at the Mill (two minutes down the road), and go kayaking on the Crystal River - so beautiful and a little bit of adventure!

The condo was amazing, so clean and had all the amenities we needed. The location was amazing and so close to the water. We come to Glen Arbor every summer and this is by far one of the best condos we have stayed in, we'd definitely return!!

This rental was immaculate and perfect for my family of 5 with room to spare. The views of the lake are stunning. Host was very responsive to any questions. We would love to stay here again and again.

Refreshingly beautiful and well renovated place in the Homestead! The pictures were accurate, the condo was well outfitted with towels, kitchen equipment, linens, etc. The beach chairs could use an upgrade, they were in good condition, but not comfortable. I also wish it was more clear that their was no air conditioning in the unit. In general, we didn't need it except for the first few nights which were unusually warm. We were able to use some of the fans that were available in the unit, however, one fan was broken and not usable. Otherwise, it was a great stay, beds were extremely comfortable, and the perfect place to escape to!

Beautiful, well equipped unit! We enjoyed our stay in comfort. The kitchen was well equipped. It was easy to access. Beds were comfortable and it was very clean when we arrived. The host communicated well with us regarding rules and access to the property.

Wonderful!

This property is gorgeous. Everything you need for a great stay in a beautiful condo. The area is great too! We stayed onsite for a day, and travelled to Traverse City and Petoskey other days. I highly recommend this property! Would return in a heartbeat.

Beautifully updated condo

This condo is lovely, freshly remodeled, beautifully decorated, and has a spectacular view of Lake Michigan. The host has stocked the condo with a generous supply of nice towels, a well-equipped kitchen, and comfortable furniture.

Beachcomber Beauty

The condo was very clean, newly remodeled, and roomy for our party of 4. Kitchen had everything we needed. Beds were comfy. Plenty of hot water and good water pressure. The unit does not have a/c, which is not unusual for rentals in the area and typically not needed during the day due to the lake breeze. The breeze sometimes dies off at dusk or you may need to close windows due to rain, but the owner provided 3 fans. Great views of Lake Michigan. Great location-step out the door and walk to the beach, Crystal River, or take an evening stroll thru the Homestead. Quiet location. Short drive to trails, restaurants, shopping. Owner was very responsive.
