Designer Kinsale home with harbour views
Located in the heart of Kinsale, this stunning property boasts fabulous views of the marina from its gallery style kitchen-living space & master bedroom suite.
Combining Georgian features with modern interior design, including, wooden floors, black cement dining table, walk in rain shower & stone bath.
A short stroll along the famous marina leads to some of Ireland's finest restaurants.
While 15 mins by car takes you to the cliffs & beaches of the Old Head & its world famous golf course.
The space
Bedroom 2 (ensuite) is situated on the ground floor, just off the entrance hall. Bedrooms 1 and 3 (both ensuite) are located on the first floor. The large loft style living area is on the second floor at the very top of the house with stunning views across Kinsale harbour
3 bedrooms, all ensuite, are laid out on the 1st and ground floors of this 200 year old, four-story, Georgian building.
A private office is also situated on the first floor. The 'top deck' of the house features a gallery-style, kitchen living / dining space with commanding views across the harbour.
Guest access
Sadly, this property is not suitable for wheelchair users. Apologies.
Parking is on-street. Kinsale is an ancient town with streets to match.
Other things to note
The house is not suitable for anyone with pet allergies. Although there are no pets on-site !
