Very good location for walking to town. Parking can be tricky but we were able to find a spot nearby.The house is actually more updated than the photos show. The kitchen is great, the beds are good too. The bedroom are small since the closets take up a lot of space but the main area provides great gathering space. There is not any aircon and there was a bit of an Irish heat wave so a few fans would have been nice. I guess usually this is not a problem.Overall a great stay.

There is also a huge car park 1 minute walk from the property, parking is not an issue

Beautiful relaxing stay

We had a wonderful stay. It was a great location with an easy 5 minute walk into the main area of the city. The rooms were spacious and we were especially glad to use the washer/dryer in the middle of our 2 week holiday. Thank you again!

The house was higher priced than the other places we stayed but we needed a washer which they have 2 but hard to get soap in top washer no dryer. Start your wash early if you want it to dry. Plenty of places to sleep. They didn’t provide body wash for the price I feel they should have soap. It was a holiday and we literally couldn’t buy soap anywhere .. pharmacy closed and grocery store didn’t sell soap crazy . I was able to buy soap the day we left at a soap shop . Thank goodness lol We enjoyed our stay regardless right in town and a car park around the block if no street parking

There’s 4 large supermarkets in kinsale town centre , 2 are only 5 minutes walk from the property they all close at 11pm , they all sell body washing products, Iv never heard so much nonsense to be honest. You then state you bought soap at a soap shop, puzzling as there isn’t a specific soap shop in kinsale , are you actually reviewing the correct property here whilst on your travels. The description of the property says we do not supply washing products, why then would you turn up without any expecting it to be there, baffling.

The property was very comfortable for our family of 8. Plenty of restaurants around the area in walking distance. The only bad thing was a lack of parking since was had 2 cars but otherwise great stay

Great location

The place is set up more for families than 4 golfers in their 60’s but we found it the perfect place to stay. A short walk to the main business area and a short drive to Old Head Links. Street parking was easy but this is mid June. No idea what July and August will be like.

A Gem in Kinsale

A beautiful townhouse with ample amounts of space for all 8 of us. The beds were very comfortable a d the showers were great! Conviently located to Kinsale center . I highly recommend this townhouse! The owner was very responsive to any and all questions I had prior to our arrival in Kinsale.

Lovely modern home near the marina, walking distance to the pubs with a great restaurant directly across the street. Multi floor unit with no main floor lavatory. No laundry dryer, but folding clothes racks provided. Didn’t use kitchen but appears nicely appointed. Very nice coffee shop handy.

The location is excellent. The unit is very clean. Unfortunately the wifi information was not correct and trying to communicate with VRBO was very difficult and not at all user friendly. Will not be using VRBO again,

Perfect stay for big group

We loved our stay in Kinsale. One of our favorite spots in Ireland. The house is very nice and spacious. We had 10 adults and 5 kids, and we all slept comfortably. Very walkable to all spots in Kinsale and there’s a few restaurants right across the street. I think the listing itself is incorrect, as we did not have the correct house number and had to call the host to find it. We were close, but a few blocks away. All around great stay.

Great property lots of beds. Great social room well stocked kitchen area. Great location within Kinsale. 1 towel person. Parking was a chore each evening, on street parking with no reserved parking. No electric dryer machine, makes drying cloths a challenge. Not a fan of owners tone within their communications.
