We had a great stay here and would definitely come back. My 3 year old had a blast with the slide and all the activities outside so did the adults ! Great location in between St. Pete beach and St. Petersburg and about 40 minutes from Tampa. Can’t wait to come back in the future!

Host was very responsive to needs. Place very well maintained and clean. With all the amenities that this property offered. Not easy keeping them all up and running. You can tell the host cares about the guest by the care taken everything kept in top shape.

We booked Electric Tropicana! for my granddaughter’s birthday, and it was the kind of stay you hope for and almost never get. This home sets the standard.I’m a Vrbo host myself, so I notice the things guests don’t always say out loud: how the house is actually prepared, whether the photos match, whether the host answers, and whether the place feels safe once you pull in. Electric Tropicana! cleared every one of those bars. The host was quick, clear, and genuinely helpful, and early check-in was arranged without any fuss. We walked in and everything we needed was already there.The house is a private resort in a quiet, safe Seminole neighborhood. The girls never ran out of things to do. Pickleball, mini golf, the heated pool, the game room, the bunk room with the slide — it was birthday-party heaven without ever leaving the property. Bedrooms are fun and thoughtfully set up, the kitchen worked for a group, and the whole place felt clean, comfortable, and exactly as advertised.
