The perfect 3 bedroom beach get away! Enjoy the community pool and tennis courts while staying at this perfect three bedroom, two bath home located in the quiet Beachside community. This home is very close to pool, tennis courts and an easy walk to the beach. Kitchen boasts granite countertops, with breakfast table in the kitchen. The living space is an open combination dining and living room with bar stools along the kitchen bar. The living room opens to a screened in porch with another dining area and then to an open sun deck with gas grill. This is a split floor plan with 2 secondary bedrooms on one side with a common shared bathroom. On the opposite side of the house is the master bedroom with a private bathroom which opens up to the screened in porch. WiFi, Blue Ray player, outdoor shower, sundeck and screened porch. Grill and Linens Included. No Smoking. No Pets.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place was excellent. It had one of the best kitchens I’ve ever had in a rental. Everything was in great condition. Being able to walk 5 minutes to the beach made it perfect. Also, it was just a couple minute walk from the grocery store and restaurants. Easy to hop on the connector to Mt. Pleasant or Charleston. We definitely recommend it!

This rental was perfect and then the bonus was an easy walk to the main street area of IOP (restaurants and shops) as well as quick access to a grocery store.
