Welcome to our beautiful home newly constructed and completed in 2016. Our luxurious 2-storey Disney Villa is decorated to the highest standard featuring 8 Bedrooms and 6 Bathrooms offering over 4000 square feet of living space. The property boasts 5 King Beds, 1 Queen Bed, 2 Twin beds.

Outdoor features include Swimming Pool (safety fence) Hot Tub and built in Outdoor Grill. Enjoy the beautifully decorated Games Room.

On the First floor –

The home has an Open Plan Kitchen/Dining and Living space with Large 55” Samsung LED TV with digital cable and a Blu-ray home cinema player with a great collection of DVDs and blu-ray discs. The spacious kitchen is stocked with everything you will need during your stay. The kitchen features new top of the range appliances including Refrigerator, Freezer, Stove range and Microwave. It also features a breakfast bar with 4 stools as well as a Dining Table with seating for 8. All kitchen utensils, glassware, plastic ware, coffee maker, kettle are included.

The main Master Bedroom is going to take your breath away. The King Sized Bed will provide you with a comfortable night’s sleep. The room also features two walk in closets and a 55 inch Samsung LED TV. A safe is provided free of charge for your use during your stay. The main Master Bathroom has dual vanities, a large bath tub and a walk in shower. There is direct access to Pool area from the Master Bathroom.

A second Bedroom with Queen bed, 32” TV is also located downstairs with its own separate Bathroom with walk in shower.

There is a play area for little children – Our Den located next to the Laundry Room. Laundry room has a large Washer and Dryer. Ironing board and Iron are provided.

Our Garage is converted to a plush Games Room with Frisco Billiards Table, 60 – game arcade machine and Foosball. It has mood lighting and will be a hit with the kids and adults alike.

Second Floor upstairs has a spacious second living area with 55inch LED TV and games area. There are further 4 Master King Bedrooms along with attached bathrooms with walk in showers in all. The Kids Bedroom features a Frozen theme bedroom with 2 twin beds and the other bedroom has a bunk bed with an Aqua theme. The bathroom is shared with a walk in shower.

All bedrooms have 32 inch Samsung LED TVs and blu-ray DVD. Among other things you have several board games and toys for adults and kids both in the Den Area and upstairs living area. Playstation and games are provided. All linen, towels and comfortable items are provided.

High Speed internet is available for your use along with ipod stations (wireless). Phone calls to USA and Canada are free.

Just off the living room you will be entering a space of peace and serenity – The Pool Area and covered Lanai. The uniquely build pool, spa and built in Barbecue are the main focal point of this space. A dining table with 6 chairs are provided for dining Al fresco, Sofas to relax and Sun loungers to soak up the Floridian Sun.

Great house but

House is excellent, great condominium, my suggestion is to improve communication, update internet information, update BBQ locker information in the check in list information. We had a problem with the heating pool system but after 2 days they fixed it. Cleaning needs to improve urgently. I would stay back in this unit.

Our group of 3 families was very comfortable in this home. It has everything you need in the kitchen, bathrooms, living areas and pool. A few items that were disappointing were that the pool sticks in the game room are unusable due to the tips being broken off. The wifi is very weak. Overall, the home was very clean, the walls (especially upstairs) could use a good cleaning. The location of the home within the resort is ideal as you can walk to the clubhouse and pool area. The location of the home with regards to attractions is ideal - outside of the congested traffic areas but close enough to get to most major attractions within 1/2 hour.

Not a good experience

Overall, the location of the home within the resort is ideal. The homes are close together and quiet hour wasn't enforced within the complex which made sleeping difficult for 2 nights during our stay. I don't recommend this rental because the owner wasn't responsive to issues that came up during our stay. Additionally, we were charged for a railing that was broke when we checked in and the owner wouldn't discuss this with us.

Awesome family home

Property was perfection! Our kids ranged from 4-18 and they all loved it. There was plenty of room and space for everyone to have their own space to spread out. The pool and hot tub was the perfect place in the evenings. Would love to return to this home some day! Immediate responses from management which I consider amazing.

Much needed vacation!

This vacation home was perfect for my large family! We enjoyed the pool and the rooms were very spacious. We were 8 houses from the clubhouse and water activities, which kept the kids entertained. I will definitely stay again on my next trip to Kissimmee!

Best House/Location

We have rented houses in Florida numerous times before and this was the best one we have ever had. The house was across the street from the clubhouse where they have a lazy river, beach volleyball and basketball courts. The house was even better than described. The kitchen was well-stocked (tons of dishes, pots & pans, even a crock pot), as well as anything else we could want (i.e. stroller, pack-n-play, floor fans, drying racks for doing laundry,..). We appreciated that there was enough of the essentials (paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, laundry detergent) to get us started as other houses we have stayed at were completely wiped out upon arrival. We had 16 family members (8 adults and 8 kids) and we all agreed that this was the best place we have ever stayed.

Parents 60th Anniversary

This home was absolutely perfect for our group of 11. We stayed at the house the entire time except to go to have family photos done in Celebration. This home is very large with all the trimmings. We cooked meals for my parents and played games and talked about the good old days. Thank you Neetu for allowing us to rent your home for this very special occasion. It was perfect!

Lovely, but not perfect

My family celebrated our Christmas holiday at this house. The house was spacious and beautifully decorated. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much. We did have a few issues with the house, but the owner was very responsive to emails and getting the issues resolved. Some of the issues were loose trash in the outside bin, several lightbulbs in the house was not working, the propane tank for the grill was empty, the hot tub was not getting hot and the filter to the fridge water dispenser needed replaced. The owner had someone come take care all of these except the trash. He did assure me that we would not be charged for the loose trash and it would be addressed after our stay. The home had tons of dishes of all sorts, games, movies, etc. The beds were very comfortable. I feel that some of the things in the home were due for replacing such as the loungers on the patio (the plastic wicker was broken in places), the stools in the game room needed bolted to the base and the bedding in the queen size bedroom downstairs (the trim on the shams were torn and frayed). This wasn’t anything that hindered our enjoyment, but should be noted. Things that one should be aware of, there were things that I had assumed that would be provided in an adequate amount was not the case; dish soap, bathroom soap, dishwasher detergent and toilet paper. It wasn’t a big deal, but these were all things that we had to purchase on our own, so keep that in mind. Would I stay here again, yes. It is a lovely property and although not perfect, there were much more pros than cons. This biggest pro being that the owner was very responsive to emails and acted when asked.

Excellent home for large group

The home was very clean, well stocked kitchen and plenty of towels. Will look forward to a return trip. Only negative was that the community pool and game room area we had enjoyed on other trips was mobbed! Appears many additional homes have been built and have access to that area resulting in heavy use at all hours.

A memorable family gathering in a perfect place.

We spent ten days, a big family, three generations; 14 of us. Disney and its attractions was just the excuse, for the ample and beautifully decorated house was the perfect place for the true purpose of the trip: to be together and share and enjoy. Just an improvement is a needed upgrade in the wifi, but even this jsut left us more time away from the daily routines. Will come again.

Your home was very nice. It fit our family’s needs perfectly. The kitchen was beautiful! We could not access the WiFi and it would have been nice to have had access to a skimmer for the pool as the bottom screen was out and we couldn’t clean the pool. We called to ask for it to be cleaned and the screen to be repaired and we were told they would be there the next day or two. We enjoyed the hot tub! The club house was very nice :) I took a photo of the screen as it appeared it had been out for a period of time.

Words cannot express how much we enjoyed this home with our family. We had a great time. All of the pictures are accurate. Super comfy and clean beds and bathrooms, gorgeous kitchen with all the bells and whistles, game room was a huge hit and enough parking for us all. Being able to relax by the pool area and actually swim was a bonus. Everyone that came with us was telling us how awesome the house was and we totally agree. Dealing with Neetu was a pleasant experience. Any questions I had prior to arriving, Neetu quickly answered within less than 30 mins. We cannot wait to plan our next adventure.

More than the space needed for even 12 people. Each room is equipped with TVs and every inch of space is used appropriately. We took advantage of the strollers and booster car seats. Plenty of towels and linens. The house was very clean. The kids loved the game room and all the club house amenities which was in very close proximity. Downside for Tmobile users is lack of good reception. We didn't get wifi to work but it brought us closer as the children had ample free time. Neetu was quick to respond to our every request and inquiry. Highly recommend this home and would love to return . Val & Mo

This house was very close to the clubhouse which we enjoyed. Lots of walks/runs around the pond. We utilized all of the amenities of the clubhouse and thought they were all awesome. Definately 30 minute drive to Disney with regular traffic flow. Neetu the owner was super amazing to work with. She was always quick to respond with any questions even up to the day of check in. Although there is a WiFi network to connect to at the house it was still slow and or patchy in the house. This may or may not bother some. It didn’t break our vacation at all. The house was clean and had lots of space. The kitchen is stocked.
